The Harvest Inn exceeded all of our expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled right in the heart of Napa Valley's wine country with beautiful vineyard views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a charming, rustic elegance that really captures the essence of the region. The grounds are immaculately maintained, making it a pleasure to stroll through the property. I'm not sure what the other negative reviewers are talking about. We had room 124, and it was clean, and we had no noise issues whatsoever on the property -- cars were not a problem, nor were the other guests.
The staff was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. From the delicious breakfast to the relaxing pool area, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We particularly enjoyed the adjacent vineyard to the back of the property, so cool! The proximity to local wineries and the short drive into downtown St. Helena made it a perfect base for exploring the area.
Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we can't wait to return for another peaceful escape in wine country. Highly recommend!

Our patio view was amazing, grounds serene, but walls in our room way too thin! When housekeeping started cleaning next door and upstairs since it’s a 2 story apartment style setup, we were forced to wake up due to noise. Since check out was at noon and the price we paid was not low, the jolt on Sunday morning was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a nice visit to St Helena.

This is a hidden gem! We are frequent visitors to Calistoga and Napa Valley and have always stayed at other hotels. Harvest Inn quickly became our favorite—we stayed May 2024 and fell in love with the peacefulness of the Harvest Inn. I loved my daily walks around the grounds (with a vineyard in the back!) with my Yorkie. The rooms are very lovely! Cannot wait to go back!

The room we stayed in felt like a dingy apartment. There was road noise from the highway that woke me up in the morning, and not much that felt luxurious for the price tag. The service was sub-par, slow, short. The housekeeping ladies basically ignored me when I told them I got locked out of my room. We ordered drinks at the pool and they never arrived for 30 minutes so we cancelled them. Napa is getting way too expensive in general but for $700+ a night this place is an absolute joke.

Rooms: This Accessibility room was roomy and comfortable for me while relying upon a Walker for stability. The room was fresh and clean and very quiet when we first arrived.

The grounds are very special. Shaded by redwood trees, with a number of pleasant areas where one can play games, swim, or just relax. I will say that St. Helena is built along CA 128 which is not particularly pedestrian or jogger friendly so leaving the grounds on foot is less enjoyable.
