What a charming shop. Really enjoyed browsing and picking up a few quirky items. Berta, the store manager was friendly and she makes these amazing masks. Not sure about the negative feedback here, but know that we should have some compassion in the midst of a pandemic. Will definitely stop by whenever I'm back in town.

One of my favorite gift stores in all of Napa. A wide selection of unusual and varied gifts, many, of course, with a wine theme. Prices are generally very reasonable. Purchased two rocking chairs made locally from wine barrels that are high quality with some clever design features. Sales help have been very helpful and friendly. A great place to browse.

In addition to all the usual Napa nick nack and lady who runs this store makes very cute and clever masks. I’ve resisted buying a cloth mask until now... but it’s almost summer and we need a change :)Let me tell you why I liked these:- lots of cute and fun patterns for young and old- good construction and quality work- attention to detail - the adjustable straps have a couple of beads and all are carefully matched to the masks design- they are black on the inside! So when you don’t want to make a statement, just reverse the mask to reveal a classy black look. You don’t need a new mask, but if you want one, these are fun and good!

My husband and I came ahead our golf goup, so I could plan the outing for 30 couples. The guys would golf, and the women would shop. We were coming from the bay area. We wanted to do our part, to help this region out after the fires. Not so much as a "hello", can we help you...nothing". When I asked the lady a question, she was short and curt. There were 2 ladies at the cashier register, so no excuses. Well, you lost out on thousands of dollars worth of business. Train your staff in customer service skills. You might be under stress from all the fires, but you're in no condition to be turning business away. Keep this up and you guys will be out of business soon. You lost ours! Would not recommend. Will take our business next week to the shops in Calistoga.

What a beautiful store. picked up a few gifts and the prices are not bad. Had some great one of a kind finds. Would definitely stop there again on our next trip. St Helena is a beautiful little town and worth a stop in this an many other great places along the strip.

This is a place to find random stuff. It's okay for a quick browse. If you got a lot of extra money hanging out in your pocket and you just need some trinket for picture this is a good spot to visit.

Just had a terrible experience at Findings. My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas which I wanted to exchange. We had the original receipt, box, and bag. Lady behind the counter immediately said that the item was much less expensive than the receipt showed and she'd had to contact the owner. I told her that the item was the only thing he bought at that store and that's what he was charged. She was rude and said she wasn't the owner and couldn't do the exchange. We asked when the owner would be there and we'd come back with our credit card receipt but we're very disappointed in her store policy. She eventually said she talked to the owner who was willing to make the exchange, great. Well then for the rest of the transaction she continued to say that the necklace we were returning was $35 less than the receipt. I reminded her that if that was true then we were overcharged by $35. She acted very incensed and that she was doing us a huge favor. I told her that we were trying to buy locally but her attitude was a huge disappointment and we would never be back. A solution to the problem would be an itemized receipt.

Findings is a posh souvenir shop in downtown St. Helena. They have an amazing selection- paintings, cards, clothing, wine accessories. They make the most of their space. There are some interesting hand towels with Napa/Sonoma, describing the viticultural areas&their geology. Not only do you have a map of the wineries of both valleys, but you can learn something while you wipe your hands! It's pricey, the service is OK, but there are plenty of findings.

What a cute store and so many unique things to choose, from Christmas ornaments to shoes they seem to have everything. Although I noticed a lot of things were pretty expensive, including a very cute NAPA Valley Christmas ornament for $22. So this is definitely a specialty shop although I found some pretty cute boots and in wide for about $100 not too bad for that price. When I asked if I would be able to return them if I didn't wear them outside the cashier informed me they do not provide refunds although they will give you a store credit (this was a little surprising because most shoe stores do allow these types of returns). I decided to get them anyway because I figured if they didn't work out I definitely could find something else in the shop to spend my hundred dollars on. Will I be back? I think so especially if I want to find something unique for a birthday gift this is the place to come.
