Bathroom is very clean, Customer service is A ++, there drinks are very cold. I love the extra Miles rewards card. I'm always getting something for free with my extra Miles card.

Public restroom (unisex and only 1 bathroom), but their Brazilian Medium Roast Coffee was outstanding, so delicious, hot & fresh! Have to give a shout-out for this coffee!

Great store great stuff awesome manager only issue I have is that they have two bathrooms yet one is closed this one should be open I had suggested they should open it but they said that management has kept it closed and only open for employees I think that should be modified and open to everyone sincerely thank you

St Helena is notorious for price gouging. Gas is high enough without the owners here taking advantage by clipping you for an extra 75cents per gallon..

Got a charger, immediately when to see if it worked. It didn't. Asked to exchange or return and the worker rudely said no. How can you sell someone something that doesn't work and not let them return it?? It was never perviously stayed that they do not do returns or exchanges even if it is their fault.

Jamie and the staff are quite courteous and polite service helping you out with what you need from helping the handicap fill up the gas tank and An to providing a service of food drinks and professional courtesy and the inside Chevron store . Jaimeis a good boss and his staff is outstanding

Every time I shop, this service station smells so clean. I know that it is a prime area in Saint Helena, so it is expected to have and give exceptional, clean service but it is great to see these things happen consistently. A lot of stations will smell of old mops, the floors not actually clean and it is apparent, but this Chevron clearly has a team that completes their cleaning tasks well. That should definitely be congratulated! Gabe, one of the attendants is wonderful, helpful and has a great, unique personality that is quite refreshing in this area. Another thing I appreciate is that the wiper fluid seems to be consistently clean and new, for whatever reason I have come across a lot of dirty, repulsive smelling wiper fluid wells so I appreciate that the team here pays attention to this detail in their daily procedures. Yes it is in the middle of the town, prices are inflated, but paying attention to some of the things that most overlook-makes this station my go to place!
