I used to work for this shop and they happe. To be the best shop in quality and class they are very professional and honest group I would highly recommend them over any shop in the valley and I have been employed at several carls is by far the best....miss ya guys hope your doing well god bless and yes Kelton is the man very hard worker....cheers

My daughter needed her side door fixed. They gave her an estimate that was very fair. They got the work done in a timely manner. Her car looks wonderful. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants quality work with great service

Poor customer service and unreliable! I had an appointment scheduled for an evaluation which was canceled due to overbooking. I was told I would recI eve a call back the following Monday to rescheduled, which did not happen. I called on Tuesday to find out if they were still able to work on my truck and the person on the phone could not set an appointment for me. I got frustrated and was told to find another shop. Do not recommended

Amazing place. Kelton is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He definitely knows his stuff. Took his time explaining things to me. I learned a lot of useful information while getting my estimate. Estimate was thorough and honest. My appointment was honestly one of the best experiences at any business. I will recommend this auto body shop to anyone who is looking for auto body work.

RAVE, RAVE, RAVE for this body shop!! These guys were amazing! Unfortunately, we were hit from behind and pushed into a vehicle that was in front of us, needless to say our truck was totaled. CHP called Carl's and Marcos and his team showed up to pick our truck up. From the very beginning he and his team were very professional and clean. At the shop the owner (sorry I can't think of her name) was so sweet and understanding to us, which was very comforting being what we had just been through. Overall they are running a top shelf professional business over there and we truly appreciate the whole team for what they did for us!

They are honest and reliable and go above and beyond!! I would never trust anyone with my car except them and Kelton he truly is a gem in the auto body world !! My car is fixed and they did the best job.

After 53 years my pickup was due for some body work and fresh paint. I took it to Carl's. Kelton provided me with an estimate of how much time and money would be involved and I left the pickup in his hands. He kept me updated throughout the process, including photos. It took a few months but was well worth the wait. My beloved old Chevy looks like new. I had a sense Kelton didn't want to give it back but fortunately he did. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

This shop is the best !!! If you love your car take it here !! They do top notch work. Everyone that works here is perfectionist and do an amazing work. It doesn't matter what the job is small or big they can do it !!! I will never take my cars anywhere else . It's worth the price and the drive !!!

About a month ago I was literally stranded out of town in St Helena and an Employee of Carls Auto Body shop named Marcos went above and beyond to help me out. I can not express the importance of his generosity enough. It is people like him that make this world a better place. Thank you so much Marcos.
