Awful customer service. I booked 2 weeks in advance for valentines day and my anniversary and zipcar was still able to ruin both weekends back to back (fyi this was only 1 week apart). Worst customer service ever. I have called 3 times since they never delivered my card and was informed today that I was told incorrect information each time. Completely unacceptable! Would never recommend.

Absolutely terrible-- Was not able to access my car with the app even though I double checked with them and they said I would be able to. Called customer service and was treated poorly. It's a scam cannot stress enough to not get zipcar.
