They perform the worst service I’ve ever experienced, they have horrible customer service and alienate their customers by speaking in the native language of the employees which is Asian. My nail polish chipped three days after my manicure. You can feel their negative vibes.

Thuy is absolutely amazing!! She takes her time and does a beautiful job. Additionally, she took the time to put acrylic on my toe with no toenail, allowing it to look like the rest of my toes (first time in 10 years since I've seen my toe look normal)!!

This is my second time coming to this salon. The first time was okay and I have to say whoever does your nails makes all the difference. My gels started chipping after a week because at the cuticle there were raised, rough edges instead of it being smooth. At week three almost everything had chipped off save for one nail which was done correct, that one still looked really good. If they did all my nails like that one, I wouldn't be writing this. Fast forward to today and my pedicure. Like I said, the person doing your nails makes a difference. They scrubbed my feet so hard they started to bleed in a couple spots. Also, they pointed at my foot and commented to the person next to her and they laughed. Very awkward. At least they removed what was left of my gels for free.

Worse pedicure EVER. They were not friendly, very rough in their process, paid for The hot rocks and they may have rubbed them on my legs a minute, left the rough calluses on my feet, horrible file job, wax was way to hot and burnt my feet, as well as their towels being too hot. The nail polish was not very good job either. Rush job for the services I paid for, paid the $55 top of the pedicure and basically got a basic service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

WORST nail experience ever! If you are looking for a relaxing quiet nail experience NOT to go here. The nail tech started an argument with me because I didn't want to talk. Unbelievable! As she is doing my manicure she says to me "You don't like to talk?" I reply advising "I just worked out with my trainer, I am tired. Just want to relax". She starts talking to the other nail talks not sure what was said as it was not in english. She then tell me I don't want to cut my nails. I told her my nails are already short - she says no cut your cuticles. I reply telling her yes of course I want my cuticles cut back. I want the full service for my manicure and pedicure. She says you don't like cut down. I replied asking her when did I say that. She replies advises through my actions. I replied reiterating that was a false statement, I've been in my own world QUIETLY on my phone and dozing off. When she gets to my thumb nail she gets more aggressive to the point to where she is hurting me with the utensils cutting too far back to the point to my nail bed is burning. I tell her that it hurts - She says to me "You wanted your nails cut back" I then tell her, yes but now it's hurting. She literally intentionally got more aggressive with my manicure intentionally. She massages my hand with lotion for about 45 secs in total. Tells me to wash my hands. When I return to the table she is still harping off my cuticles. I ask her to stop bc now she is annoying me - She responds with your annoying and from that point on she starts yelling at me, saying I don't want to talk and refuses to paint my nails. She's complaining to the customer seated behind me that I don't want to talk. She starts complaining about me not wanting to cut my cuticles - which was not true bc to her point I was not talking. The manager on duty this past Sat (9/2) did not say anything, in fact she turned it on me stating that I moved when the nail tech was doing my nails therefore that meant I didn't want my cuticles done. This lady was no where near to see anything. And me moving does not mean I don't want a full service, maybe it means she was being too aggressive and should have asked if I was ok. I then asked her why she allowed her nail tech to speak to me in that manner, embarrassing me. She said she'd talk to her later but I was at fault and from her observation I did not want my cuticles cut back. The nail shop was full of customers, which I'm sure made everyone uncomfortable. It was unprofessional, and very upsetting. A manager should never allow a nail tech to disrespect, yell, etc. I literally was minding my own business, tired from my work out, I just wanted to get my nails done in peace and go home. I will NEVER go back there again and urge you to do the same if you want a positive nail experience.

Nice work but the place atmosphere wasn't clean enough, and you could smell cigarette smoke from one of the workers near by and to much talking around customers by the workers, I'm not sure if I will return.

Absolutely horrible experience with the owner Eddie. Such a rude and condescending individual. I had not heard good things about this salon, but thought I would try it for my own experience. I tried them twice and never again.I have lived in the Westlake area here in Natomas for 22 years and like to support local business. I came in about 2 1/2 weeks ago for a pink & white nail service. He had an attitude out the gate and did not want to listen to how I like my nails. He nicked 3 of my cuticles with the dremel and they were bleeding….did he say anything? I’m sorry or anything? Not at all…the white was too thick and he did not to do my nails as I had asked at the beginning..it was really odd. Seemed more interested in what I did for a living and my financial status vs. making sure he was asking questions about my nails.So I did go back today thinking okay let me see if this guy maybe just had a bad day the last time I was there. I sat down and told him that I wanted the white not so thick this time, and to also please be careful not to nick my cuticles, as it took awhile for the cuts to heal. He immediately became defensive and had a worse attitude, as he was filing my nails. I should have just walked out, but was amazed and shocked how someone could be so disconnected from how to treat customers. I got up soon after that and said I was done, paid him and he said “see you in 2 or 3 weeks”. No Eddie, you will never see me step into your horrible salon again. No wonder I was told by several others it was a terrible nail salon, lol. Good luck to you and hopefully you will take this feedback and use it….. but I doubt it.
