Xpert Upholstery Works did an excellent job re-upholstering 4 of my dinette chairs. Workmanship was skilled and professional ....and turnaround time was before expected. They even picked up and delivered. I highly recommend Jamaal and his staff! You won't be disappointed!

This place is legit(: They repaired theripped and worn leather seat in my SUV. They finished in one day. Location was confusing because there is another business with the same name. The price was great. I would use them again.

I wish I had reviewed this business prior to having them work on my boat. I had the same experience as Rick P.. Good price, made great promises and delivered junk!!! Not only that, the owner Jamall verbally harassed my 72 year old father when we could not pickup the boat the day it was completed, even after the finish date was pushed 3 times with no outrage on our part. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and stated we just want it done correctly. Pics say it all! Seat backs and bases made differently, seems do not line up, patched in carpet sections, needle holes where they backed up the sewing machine, lost some SS hardware and replaced with galvanized, and did not install the seats at all. Just propped them up as if they were installed and when I got home everything had fallen and I had to spend my Saturday doing the work I paid for. Speaking of payment, I was charged an extra $200 when I picked up the boat stating I approved the extra charge when I clearly did not.When I brought my concerns to Jamall's attention and requested a 50% refund, he stated I did not pay for him to install the seats (why did I bring you the boat than?) and I got a great deal and he would not be giving me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

See my post for Expert upholstery. Both these businesses are using the same upholster.If there was negative stars I would leave that. The upholstery is loose, he broke latches, trim was never placed around the cushions. Stitching is not straight, and he left the old upholstery underneath the new. Currently this has turned into a legal matter. I will add photos later when I legally can. For now I wanted to warn everyone not to use this company or Xpert upholstery either as he is who they subcontract for upholstery work as well. They used to be the same owner and have now split. This is hands down the worst upholstery job I've ever seen.

This company is the worst. It sold recently, and the new owners know nothing about doing upholstery work. We were mislead and promised great results. They delivered a horrible job, irregular stitching, cushions didn't line up with the backs. Seat backs were all different. What a mess. They kept our money, would not refund or stand behind their work. Avoid them!

The business was sold in 2022, the new owners do not know anything about upholstery work. All the pics are from the previous owner. They offered a good price, made great promises, and delivered junk, not in 10 days as orginally promised, but 3 months with endless excusses. The work was horrible, irregular, poorly cut, seams did not line up. The seat backs were made differently for each section. Clearly, it was a job they should have never taken. However, they kept all our money, and would not give us a refund, would not offer to fix the job, they ruined our original cushions, and now I have to start completely over, without our money back.This is a company to avoid. $3,200.00 down the drain!

Daniel was superb to work with. He promptly responded to my request, provided a few selections of fabric to consider and finished my project rather quickly too in just a few of days. His pricing was reasonable as compared to others who were charging an astronomical amount of money.My chair looked amazing and can't wait to finish decorating the house. Maybe I can include a photo when the set up is all done.Seek Daniel and his company for any of your upholstery needs. You will not be disappointed at all!

I wanted to upholster the chairs to my beautiful new handcarved dining table. He also made a matching window seat cushion. Daniel did an excellent job, the chairs came out beautiful, I couldn't be happier.
