I would never recommend this company for anything. Xfinity is all over the place yet somehow I can never get a connection to the internet. How is that.I got a box here for discounted internet. It would've been nice to have actually gotten the internet. I did end up paying the bill for it one month, and the following month it went up $10 with no explanation. I'm not sure if I need to say anything else.Customer service is OK at this location but I've been here two or three times, and they've sent me to headquarters at Arden, who sent me to call someone, which I did three times for a minimum of a half hour each time, and two months later I still have no internet. I don't have time for this.

Terrible customer service. I rarely come in person but I came here to inquire about my internet service since customer service via phone wasn't helpful. When I first entered, there were only 2 people in line in front of me. There were about 4 workers at the front desk but only 2 actually helping customers. I noticed the other workers coming in & out of the back room. When the door swung open, I can see other workers in the back room just sitting around a table and looking at their phones. I waited about 30min.... Still only 2 people helping customers. When I finally got to the front of the line, I was still waiting... and noticed the line behind me getting longer with about 5 more people waiting behind me. I gave up at that point and left. Therefore, I ended up canceling all my services w/ Xfinity Comcast.

They tried to talk me into a more expensive service knowing I needed a low cost one. They turned off my service saying I canceled but I did nothing of the sort. It took a trip to the store and 2 days later I finally had internet back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Xfinity!

FRAUD! My services were shut off randomly in September. I went to this xfinity location and had to reset up my internet. I have always only had internet with xfinity. Everything seemed fine and about two months later I checked my account and realized they had set up an internet plus phone plan. There was a phone number associated with the account and I had been overcharged and paying for someone else's phone. Additionally, my internet was shut off and xfinity said I can't get my internet back until I pay the balance owed... so basically they want me to pay an amount for a service I did not request or use myself because of a mistake they made and set up themselves with a phone number that is not mine.

Xfinity has been the worst. Over the last two years there have been so many outages and latency issues. Their speed test always reports >100% speed, but every other test reports about 20% of what I am being charged for. You are messing with my work and making me look bad xfinity. This is fraud. I will be reporting xfinity and switching to AT&T.

GARBAGE COMPANY their services have outages over 3 times a month lasting at least 3 days. Needing to have their maintenance guys have to come out every time to fix their issues. Customer service reps dont help and dont speak English. They give you BS answers and run arounds. Worst internet/cable company around.

If I could give over five stars to this Xfinity location I would. I had a hard time with Xfinity today both at the Arden location and online with customer support trying to transfer my cellular service / phone number to my new iPhone I had purchased at the Apple Store. After much frustration, I headed to this location and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. Simon was amazing and so responsive to the problem at hand. He listened to our situation and solved the issue quickly. After hours of being run around in circles by customer support and difficulties with the Xfinity in Arden location, Simon fixed all and I walked away happy and satisfied. Thank you so much for the patience and help from this location!

I had the misfortune of getting cable internet service from Comcast/Xfinity for over 2 years. They had horrible technical support and billing systems. The issues and the saga I went through are:1. Repeated reduction in speeds 15-30Mb/s downstream (from their promise of 500Mb/s), 1-2Mb/s upstream (from their promise of 10Mb/s) and increased latency of 30ms or higher (from their promise of 10ms or less) at peak work hours and evenings causing video calls to drop, video games to stall and streaming content to freeze.2. The technician who came to my home to fix the service could only fix the section of the line between the street to my modem, but not fix the equipment at their end. Also the technician showed up at non-peak hours and showed me that the line and quality of service is at the level I paid for, but the service quality dropped back to unacceptable levels at peak hours.3. After this visit, I made multiple calls to their phone technical support, which just keeps making me reboot my modem and router, but do NOT fix the bandwidth or capacity at their end. Comcast continues to use outdated equipment. I also investigated more and found that at the DOCSIS standards work by sharing the available downstream bandwidth. Comcast tends to sign up more and more users in the neighborhood without upgrading the equipment at their end.4. Their billing department keeps making us sign up for one-sided contracts and offer NO guarantees for service. This is unethical.5. Around a year ago, their billing system used my credit card number for another customer's account, but could NOT remove my credit card from the other customer's account or refund me for several months of incorrect charges. The recourse to this issue resulted in my canceling my credit card so that the incorrect charge would not recur.6. Also they billed me for technician visits when I canceled my service, although the problem not NOT get resolved. This is also unethical. Despite my several calls to their technical customer service, they could resolve issues. After having lived through the incompetence and unethical business practices of Comcast/Xfinity, I would highly recommend that you look for alternate internet service providers. My recommendation is to avoid Comcast/Xfinity like plague, and go with alternate providers if its possible in your neighborhood.I took the step to switch over to Fidium fiber (from Consolidated Communications Inc.) which for now has reliable service and get 1Gb/s (1000Mb/s) for both upstream and downstream data, with 5ms latency or less. I could not be happier with my internet service after the switch!!

I've been an Xfinity customer for several years, including the past two years that I've lived in Sacramento, CA. I have never had more difficulty with a company in my life. I received a notification stating that my *internet ONLY* bill would go up from $41.31 to $56.31 because the "promotion period" was ending. So, I switched to another service provider and received a receipt for closing my account/returning the modem. To no surprise of my own, I was billed $56.31 today. And when I went to the store to speak to someone, they told me to come back when the manager is on site. I love how it's MY responsibility to fix THEIR mistake. I have even more stories (with screenshots) to share about Comcast, but it's not worth getting into. Stay away from Xfinity if you can and go someplace else. Trust me, you'll have less headaches.

I came in today to pickup equipment to setup my internet. The worker greeted me and was very helpful and made things quick and easy. I recommend if you have any issues with Xfinity to go to a store and talk to someone in person because there phone line is all automated.

Lost my Xfinity remote and came into this store and was helped by Hue. He was super friendly and helpful. They were able to give me a new remote for no charge.

Ok well this review is over due but I wanted to see if the associate Ashton W. Was going to go that extra mile AFTER he made the sale with us and he Didn’t we came in to the store because we had spoken to the manager once before and she seemed sincere as to being able to helps us better than the CS 800 line so we decided to go in before we cxld internet services with them and Ashton was very quick to help and bundle internet, 2 new iPhones and switched from AT&T to Xfinity well every thing was going good until he had to switch my husbands phone number and my sons mind you he said it was easier now than before well that didn’t happen so he said it would be easier with our wifi well half of my phone transferred but my iwatch and my apps were not so I had to change every password and installed my apps again my sons was given the runaround we got new wifi equipment when we were told that we could keep the old one we were charged $120.00 for our old equipment because it showed not returned because we were told by Ashton that we could keep using the same and that he would set everything up so that we wouldn’t have any issues well ONCE HE GOT THE SALE he never Once’s returned my text or our call all of this commotion and never a hey how’s everything going! NOT COOL! But he knew that once he we were hooked on the contract no going back he forgot his words just text or call me and I’ll help you well Ashton one word KARMA you youngsters forget what customer service is all about
