I consider myself the store's clientele, but yesterday I bought some work shoes and today I wanted to change them because they became too wide but they didn't change them. I only wore them for 30 minutes and they lose a customer just by not changing a pair of shoes.

Do not come to this store or let them enter the bathrooms, just as we buy bad service from the rude people who work there. I wanted to go into the bathroom and two of the employees, a gringa and another who speaks Spanish, did not let me in, just as one buys shoes, terrible service, if they do not want to let people go to the bathroom, they should close the store and that's it, so they don't wash the bathrooms, that's what they are paid for, they are working.

Worst customer experience. I have been there 3 other times and never had a issue. Bree the manager on duty was to busy on her phone to help find the shoes I needed to exchange stating that they haven't had them in a long time. I then informed her that I had purchase them yesterday from her location but because they are doing a reset I can't find them. Still to busy on her phone she said to ask the girl on the floor. Mind you they just opened and I was the only customer. The woman actually working on the floor was super helpful. As a Store Manager myself in retail you need to replace her. There are plenty.of people who need jobs and to have someone like that running your business is horrible. Also I had to wait 5 minutes up front to exchange my shoes mind you no one was visible so I technically could have walked out with whatever i wanted. Just saying!! Don't belive me review the camera

Iv never shopped here and i bought some convers they dident fit. I miss placed the receipt. They said i had to have my phone number put in the register. They never adked me for my phone number so than they blamed it in me. They should say we need ur phone number to do an exchange if u ever loose ur receipt. What a horrible company. Because people steal they make it horrible for us who pay. Never ever again will i shop here. Cant exchange shoes that came from ur place that have ur tags?.

The bathrooms don't work, the music is very loud and the service is bad, the prices are good, a little disorganized.
