They have cute things but their return policy is not great. No returns but you can get store credit for up to 10 days after purchase. Honestly worst policy I’ve ever seen and I won’t be shopping here again because of it.

I had a delicious shopping experience at WP&C yesterday. The owner is just delightful -- ask her about her background in Chicago's comedy scene. The clothes are also delightful -- trendy yet classic, sexy not slutty. I would have loved to see some higher end accessories and natural fiber sweaters but overall it was a great selection. I bought three pairs of pants, all perfect for work and or social. Sacramento has started to fill the long-standing clothing gap between meh Macy's and straight up vintage options in recent years and Wild Poppy is at the head of this pack in midtown.

I came in yesterday for my first time. The girl helping me was sooooo warm, knowledgeable, and helpful but without "being too in your face" as sometimes happens in clothing stores/boutiques. Her feedback on different sizes and clothing options was really great. I will absolutely be coming back. :)

Best boutique in Sac!!!! All the cute things and love all the accessories. Immediately when you walk in, you are greeted. Summer, who is a stylist, can help you with any wardrobe struggles. Lacey is amazing too!!! Both of them helped me find so many great things for my closet. Shop here!!!

I really like the service I received from the owner. Friendly, helpful and helped me picked out clothes that looked good on me. I recommend this business to my friends and family.

One of my favorite local places to shop!! The clothes are so cute and they’re always adding new pieces. Everyone who works there is so helpful and to top it off, it’s woman & veteran owned!

The clothes are fine, over priced for the quality but fine. However the person who was working there today was so rude and condescending. She bluntly told me that something wouldn't fit, that I was "touching" items (so? My hands were clean and I was wearing a mask), told me there weren't any more jumpsuits (I found one after "touching" more items lol) and then snuck up behind me and kinda grabbed my items to put them in a dressing room. She never asked if I needed help, was just a negative presence all around. Then when other customers came in she was using friendly inflections and asking what they needed in a much kinder way. I used to work in the service industry, so I understand having a bad day.. but this was super weird and felt directed at me! I won't go back in if I see her working.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself sitting on their couch with my kid & drinking champagne while my wife shopped. Summer assisted my wife and we were in an out within two glasses. As far as shopping goes: pretty painless.

I'm conflicted about this place. Their clothes have honestly been hit or miss for me. I went in for the second time ever, after admiring two dresses on their Instagram account. I went in to see what's up with them. But my interaction with their employee really put me off. COVID has made things very different and there was no sign on the store and it was after June 15, so I asked the employee if she'd like me to wear a mask. Her response with a lot of snark and attitude, "I don't know. You need to tell me if you need to wear a mask." I was livid inside, ONLY because I wanted to see the dresses. I should have left. But I didn't. She continued to banter about the topic with her friends who were there trying on clothes but didn't speak directly to me about her thoughts. I was trying to be respectful because there were no signs indicating their practices. So, annoyed I put on my mask for MY safety and shopped. This employee tried to be really nice and ask what I was looking for, etc. I essentially just did what I needed and bought my slightly over-priced dresses. I'm used to paying these silly Sacramento boutique prices, but they are usually slightly over-priced for the quality they sell. At the register, she recognized me and started asking how we knew one another. In the end, she was saying we should go out and try a restaurant together like she wasn't just hella rude when I walked into the store. I'm still conflicted about why I stayed and spent money, but I did. The dress ended up cute and there is another one I want for a specific party, but I'm still unsure how I feel about this experience. I'm sure I can find overpriced stuff somewhere else but sometimes is too cute..

I'm super irritated at the lack of response I've gotten with my issue with this store. I went in two weeks ago to find a dress for my nieces birthday. They were super helpful, gave me things to try on, talked with me through out the whole process and "made friends" basically. At check out I deliberately asked what the return policy was because there was one dress I didn't have time to try on and I wasn't sure about it. It was also $70 and that's a lot to spend on a dress if you don't have an option to return or at least exchange.I had a FULL ON CONVERSATION about how the dress is exchangeable. How I have $14 days for store credit with the tags on and the receipt. I 100% WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED A DRESS I HAVENT TRIED ON IF I COULDN'T RETURN IT. Apparently the person who told me this was one of the managers (at least that's the conclusion I've come to)Of course, the dress doesn't look good on me and I return the following weekend to exchange. I get complete opposite information from the person there, saying they don't do returns and that's why there's a dressing room. I'm initially so upset, and try to tell her what happens and she says she's "texting the manager but they won't let her return it". So I really have no idea what she really says but I'm annoyed I can't speak to her myself.Annoying part of the conversation #1: She says the return policy is on the receipt... I'm like yeah, the receipt you give me AFTER I MADE MY PURCHASE AND CONFIRMED WITH THE LADY HELPING ME THAT I COULD EXCHANGE IT.Three days go by and I'm still upset so I go in again to see if the lady who helped me is there. She isn't. There's someone else this time. She takes down the name of the dress, my number and says the manager will call me but all the same info.. they aren't accepting returns.Annoying conversation #2: She says they can't return because of covid. and I say, well why is that different than people touching all the clothes in the dressing room? and she says "well we disinfect everything" and I say "then can't you disinfect this dress too??!!??" She had no words after that..The last that I want to say is that the manager never called me. Will I be back to shop at this store? No, never. Seriously so annoying. I hate spending money when I can avoid it and even more so being played the way I was with such a horrible lack of response from management. It's also really frustrating that they have signs that say "support local" all over their store when they can't even support their local shopper back. I would have loved to continue shopping at this store as they do have some cute things and I live literally down the street, but because they have bad customer service, I'm out.IN CASE YOU WANT TO RETURN MY CALL, IM STILL WAITING. I WOULD STILL LIKE MY REFUND

I'm from Sac, but haven't lived there for some time. I wandered into this little place and just thought it was delightful. The owner was super sweet and helpful. She directed me to this amazing little bakery for a bite to eat. I got an amazing little sun dress I instantly got compliments on after I left the store in it. Highly recommend! Nice little stop along a sunny afternoon!

You have to go by and see Summer Hairabedian, she's an amazing stylist! I recently moved to Sacramento and discovered Wild Poppy along the way! Wild Poppy and Summer have finally given me the confidence I feel inside to show on the outside with their up-to-date styles and always new inventory weekly. So next time you're in town make sure to stop by Wild Poppy and ask for Summer!

I took my adult daughter shopping at Wild Poppy for her Christmas present today. Summer was on duty and helped us so much by choosing several outfits for her...most of which we ended up purchasing. The clothes at Wild Poppy are adorable but Summer really helped my daughter get out of her comfort zone and into some amazing outfits.

Support small business!! This is one super cute boutique. I'm so grateful that they are open since Sugar Shack across the street has been boarded up during COVID. Cute clothes, friendly staff, fun accessories.
