“Manager Bob was so patient and worked very hard to determine the source of the shaking in my car. Staff balanced, rebalanced, rotated, and switched to new tires. Finally took Bob for a drive and he said it was my transmission. I appreciate him exhausting all possible wheel problems before final diagnosis...all for free by the way. “Tire and Wheel Mart is a really good tire shop i got my car towed in on labor day thankfully they were open and i brought it in because of 2 flats. i didn't have any money since i just transferred offices so all of my checks were in the bay area they really helped me out by hooking me up with used tire's. their also super friendly and helpful over here i recommend this shop if you have any tire problems or car problems in general”

“I'm so glad I came here for my tire rotation because I usually get it in the bay area. I searched a few places and read online that many people recommended this place. When I got here, I dont know if the guy I talked to was Warren but even so, he was really helpful and nice. I mentioned needing my brakes fixed also and he said he will look to see if I needed it. There was another guy there who was also nice. I just waited outside at the table and chairs for maybe about 30 mins and he told me I didn't need my brakes fixed, still had some life on them. I asked about getting an oil change and he said he charges $90 but he suggested finding a cheaper location for it. I feel he is honest and I will be coming here often.”

“Just want to say thanks to whoever patched my tire today, my receipt had the name of Timothy as the sales person, I’m not sure if he patched the tire or another gentleman did. I was pulling into work this morning and noticed a weird sound and of course I had a big nail in my tire. Lol I left work to go to this place since it was so close and they helped me out and did the patch for free. I really appreciate it!
