I went to Rite Aid yesterday to pick up an item. I had difficulty finding it in the store so I asked for assistance from one of the employees stocking on the floor. She was very rude and acted like I should know exactly where this item is even though I had told her that the last time I purchased one that it was a curbside pick up so I had no idea where it is at the store. She practically ran to the item to show me where it was, mind you I use a cane to walk, so I could not keep up and by the time I caught up with her she's pointing at the item saying see this is where it's always kept and where it was last time. I was not happy with her service, but the wonderful cashier asked me if I found everything OK and I said yes but with difficulty and she apologized profusely. I don't plan on going back to this store again even though it's right around the corner from my home.

I have been shopping at this location for many years and can't believe how customer service has hit rock bottom. I had been looking for a particular item for over a month and the rack was empty where the item should be. I took the tag off of the peg board and showed it to an employee and asked her when you expect to receive them in stock. She spoke to me in such a condescending tone saying that it made me upset. Instead of saying they are on back order or she didn't know when you would receive them, she started saying that when the warehouse is out, she can't control when they come. Then she kept asking if I understood. Next she told me it was a security violation for removing the item tag from the display. I turned away and found another employee that has always been pleasant to deal with. Well she saw me talking to the other girl and started chiming in saying I thought you said you understood. I told her she had her chance. I came home and started looking at some reviews on Yelp. I saw a one star review from Michelle W that was spot on. Sounds like the same clerk, a black girl with braids! That review was 3 months ago and she still works there! Needless to say I'm never coming back here and telling all my friends to go to CVS!

I have been shopping at this rite for years the black woman who works there with the braids you all know who she is I cannot believe how bad the customer service is from her I don't even know how she has had a job there that long it's embarrassing I am a manager at a respectable wholesale store I would never have anyone with her attitude and her demeanor ever work for me I am shocked she still has a job I'm a palled at her behavior towards all the members I am shocked that you guys still let her work there I am embarrassed for you guys how she treats the members it's a shame there could be plenty of other people out there better suited for that job than she ! She is not only rude she is insulting, and tries to laugh it off and patronize you by calling you sweetie or honey ... shame on you greenhaven rite aid , It's people like her that I rather go to the CVS on Freeport in Florin, It makes me get one star but she deserves none.

I agree with the negative reviews on here. Customer service here is one of the worst I ever experienced. I came here to redeem a promotional item that I got through my email and Rite Aid was one of the options to pick it up. From the get go, the cashier was rude by talking about drama to another store cashier loudly while I was there. It's a little unprofessional, but I was whatever about it. When I showed her my phone to explain the coupon, she had a rude and condescending tone and told me it's a digital payment, not a coupon. I proceeded to show the bar code and then I skipped entering my phone number. She rudely told me not to skip adding my phone number and I said I am not a member, and she told me then I'll need to sign up if not. So I proceeded with my number and then she goes into this really quick paced and rude explanation as to why my digital payment will not work and went into this long speech of how it's against company policy and I could not understand what she was saying. I was asking questions to seek clarification and she kept interrupting me and looking down on me, again with a condescending tone when I was trying to ask her what she meant by the confusing options and answers she gave me. She made it seem like I was dumb and I did not appreciate her tone and her lack of empathy as I tried to work with her. I understand that sometimes these free promotions may be unclear to these stores, but why would you mislead me into thinking you knew exactly what to do and rudely shut me down when I am trying to understand what you are explaining to me. Frustrated I gave up and left. Although she didn't call me an idiot, I sure felt like her cold glare and words clearly demonstrated those thoughts. Extremely rude.

The most terrible experience, do not shop here. Karen will not take your American dollar. I left my items at the counter & took my Hundred dollar bill to B of A. My money was not fraudulent & nor is it my problem other humans have allegedly done this act at your store. I shared the story with all in the bank and shared the awful experience at Walgreens down the street. I have a choice where I shop and No one should shop here. Predicting this store will close down as it's not needed. Unless you like to be treated like a thief by a Karen.... Walgreens have better service. No one needs to shop here , Amazon is less! Goodbye to this store!

So started with my bank card giving a strange fail so I used my credit card and had the same failure I asked if this was on there side thats when I think her name was Natilie became very rude and insisted it was my accounts. Having to get the meds I tried again with a 3rd card same result. She she just became agitated with me instead of looking for the issue on there side. Rering up. Left upset and went to Nugget and purchased the meds with my original card. 9/28 at 8:45. They do have the best pharmacy around been a customer for 8 years.

My Mother and I came in to do some quick shopping around 4:45 P.M. My elderly mother got confused during a debit transaction and removed her card early. The cashier gave her attitude and basically talked down to her and proceeded to stand there shaking her head. Talk about a miserable rude person. Don't like your job, that's a good way to have to find another. I'm sure it's the normal attitude she has. Wouldn't waste another dollar in this establishment.

Good ice cream and really friendly customer service from D she was nice to my little ones and was talking to me.. our cashier Kandi not as friendly and unfortunately the environment is not a good area someone was stealing in the store in front of my two little ones. 4 stars for the lady helping us with the Ice cream.

Pharmacy sucks here and don't know how to do their jobs, but gave them 2 stars because most of the cashiers are very nice and friendly. If you have to stop in a do w little shopping definitely not an issue but if you need a rx filled go down the street to Walgreens or CVS or even a different RiteAid just not this one.
