If you don't speak Spanish better don't shop here most especially on the cold food section, their service is unpleasant and also the lady in charge doesn't speak English and can't answer a simple question I ask in English, I explain to the Cashier the situation and her answer was that what you expect this is a Mexican store, todays date 3/1/23.

the customer service was so disgusting! two of their younger cashier's were very rude to my husband as he walked in the store. he spoke to them and they said nothing! i was walking in behind him and i said" he just said how are you doing?" and they looked at me as if i was a dirty person walking in the store, and looked and said nothing! then i asked them did they understand english? to my surprise, they finally opened their mouths and said, "we did" all and all this place us low class in customer service and the security, larry is full of it also. encouraging this behavior. i will encourage everyone to to stop shopping here if you were treated with this type of service!! tried contacting the manager, on norwood ave. she wasn't in, but dianna was very nice in handling my call to complain. the marysville store deserve no stars!!! very disturbing place to shop!

Workers not familiar with products the store sells. I asked employees if the store carried Whipping Cream and Half and Half , they did not know what I was talking about. Items on the shelves had expiration dates from 2017.

It is 11-08-18 @6:20pm I was in line to pay when I noticed the tostadas that are made at the Viva on Norwood Ave. location, sold at this store to, did not have a label. Meaning no price, no ingredients listed, no "best by" date, no information at all. I asked the cashier named Angelica, based on receipt, if she knew when the tostadas expired. She answered with attitude saying "I don't know." Okay. So as a customer, how is one going to know when they were made, since they're made at the actual supermarket on Norwood Ave based on what the manager said after I complained. When they're supposed to expire, and also price. I asked her if I can speak with the manager, which I did, and he explained they pick up their tostadas from the Norwood location and then sell them at this location as well. He stated that they're good for about 3 days after their made and that he personally had picked up that shipment of tostadas yesterday, meaning 11-07-18. In reality how is a customer supposed to know all of this without a label, there should always be a label on food you are purchasing as well as ingredients. Simply place a label on the food to avoid this mess! And lose the attitude when you're working customer service.

I purchased several large bags of chicken last week. When I opened them at home, it was clear that they were spoiled. I put the spoiled chicken in the freezer since I was going away for the weekend, then took it back to the store the early this week. The manager told me that they had "fired the vendor" as they have had lots of chicken returned. He asked if I wanted my money back, I told him I would be good with just getting some more chicken (assuming that the bad chicken was gone) He told me "I WOULDN'T!"...So I asked if there was still a problem, he told me that the problem was only with chicken legs/drumsticks. Which told me that they are still selling chicken that they think is spoiled! Stupidly, I purchased some chicken thighs. Well guess what!? They were rotten too! They have a problem here that they should be addressing, but they aren't!
