First off, I come into this Rite Aid location very frequently because I live in the neighborhood I usually have a decent experience and the workers are polite.Today around 4:15-4:30, I went in to purchase quite a few items. Many of the items I needed were locked up, so I started walking toward the registers to find an employee to unlock them. Before I got to the front of the store, I ran into a heavyset woman with a pink ponytail who worked there. I politely tried to ask her if she could unlock the items, and she rudely cut me off, shooed me with her hand, and told me, " No, I don't have the key. You NEED to wait over there and I'll go get it shortly." This was one of the rudest encounters with a store employee that I've ever had. I'm a nurse getting off of a 12 hour shift and I'm still able to keep my composure and be polite to others. I could tell that she was annoyed or having a bad day, but that's no reason to be rude to your customers. She eventually got the key, but I already got in line to purchase the items that were in my cart. She yelled across the store saying, "Ma'am, I told you to wait over here." And I replied "Don't worry about jt."I refused to spend a large amount of money on those locked up items after the poor service I received.

I'm driving out of town for thanksgiving and decided to take Christmas presents with me rather than ship. I dropped into Rite Aid hoping they'd have a selection of wrapping paper. Unfortunately not. I asked the clerk on the off chance that it hadn't been displayed yet but the answer was no. BUT the clerk kindly directed me to Target who did have it in stock. Thank you for the great customer service

What a shame. This store has slowly gone "down hill" over the past several years. Shelves are poorly stocked. Pharmacy has lost all integrity as being friendly and helpful. Homeless people always lurking about, asking you for "spare change." It is beginning to remind me of the Walmart the eventually closed off of Watt Avenue. The ball has been dropped on this one.

Never had an issue with this store, can't relate to any of the previous reviews... everyone I've dealt with in pharmacy and register has been pleasant.

Went to pick up my prescription and Michelle the pharmacy tech was acting like she either could care less or was high. I gave her my birthdate she confirmed my name, slowly walked over to the rack. Couldn't find my rx on the first pass. Slowly walked to the back, came back to the front with a hand full of other prescriptions that weren't mine, and proceeded to start putting them away! Then she takes her mask of and starts trying to pull the metal band out of if for at least 5 minutes WHILE IM STANDING RIGHT THERE! If she were my employee she would have been fired on the spot and Pam the business owner, don't bother responding. You have an unfixable shit show going on. Good luck with that.

Literally don't shop here guys. If I could give 0 stars , I would give them negative 6. The big white girl at the front is literally a moron. Literally like talking to a 2 year old with silver teeth.

There is a female short heavyset manager that is disgustingly rude. Lady if you hate your job so much and you hate people then get a job where you don't have to interact with them Bad energy in this store. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have a lot of problems filling prescriptions here, which sucks because it's so close to my apartment. One of the women who works there is especially rude/ has an attitude when I ask questions about why I cannot fill prescriptions, and she doesn't listen to a single word I say (all of the medications I'd have trouble with filling were regular routine medications I'd pick up monthly from this location). I ended up having to go to a different pharmacy to get those meds filled. I would also have issues with the automatic refills. I was told I was going to get a prescription refilled on a certain day, then that prescription wouldn't be refilled until they finally answered the phone a couple of days later. I understand that rite aid is busy but having people miss medications because they don't refill prescriptions when they say they will is not right at all. edit: I am giving this place more stars because most everyone who works here is super nice. Especially the pharmacists. It's probably more of the organization than the people.

It's really awful to see employees not treated like people. I came to pick up a few items and was helped by a nice cashier named Michael. He called over the intercoms for someone to assist him with the ice cream as a line was forming and he was alone. A short woman with blonde and blue hair arrived and immediately started chastising him for not calling for a specific person. Which seems weird? Rather than going to assist the customers she stood there and continued to berate him while he tried to gracefully finish ringing us up. She was complaining and moaning the whole walk behind the counter. Maybe try not to complain about having to help customers in front of the customers....It was really uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. Michael handled it all very well.

I'm a senior citizen who just went to the pharmacy to get my COVID booster. Walk-ins are 2:00 - 3:00, and I arrived a couple minutes before 3:00.They asked me to wait, and when I said what I was there for, the pharmacist started yelling that I couldn't just walk in there just before 3:00 and get my booster. I said i arrived within the time frame, before 3:00, and he yelled again he had people waiting. I saw one person waiting. I calmly said okay, if he couldn't do it, then just tell me. He said he wasn't telling me he wouldn't, but he had people waiting. I said that I didn't understand what he wanted me to do, wait or what? He said to find another pharmacy. He was yelling the entire time and very rude and made me very anxious. I will never go to that pharmacy again.

My 84 year old mother who is having Covid symptoms and lives in an assist living facility can't get an appt for Covid testing because u must go on line to schedule an appt., so I went in directly onto the pharmacy to try to set her up and explain that she doesn't have online access and was told my Mother with Covid symptoms just need to go to the library and get computer classes. Wtf! I feel a discriminatory class action suit about to happen.

Was double charged today. I came back, and mistake after mistake. Had to spend an extra 10 minutes. Drive back from work and back again. I was made to feel like it was my mistake. Employee seemed under some type of influence. Blaming the register for the mistake, and annoyed that I was getting impatient. Very terrible customer service. I will be giving cvs my money now.
