I was a co-owner in an account with my mother here. When my mom passed, I wanted to close the account. I go here to close my acct and the person doesn't seem to know what to do or just not sure what he should do. He calls a number for help and now they start asking me for documentation such as death certificate, how it needs authentication, etc.... Just a whole lot of process that was going to take awhile.I go home and called their 800 number and they closed my account no problem because I was an equal co-owner of the acct. I wasted my time at the office, I was there for over an hour, wasted my gas. Lesson learned, call their 800 first before going to the bank.

So I use the mobile app to make a deposit.....oops forgot to endorse. RETURNED So I take it into the bank to tellers look at it says it's ok. I sign it RETURNED I have a condition called is essential tremors ....my hands shake. So now they say there's nothing they can do cause the signatures don't match!!! I didn't know you hand to provide your health condition to cash a money order. Smh!

Roya is amazing! She will give you a great experience, tell you the truth and what you need to know. This location is very chill as well and not as intimidating as a regular bank building. I’ll continue coming here

I give Wells Fargo as a whole one star. There employees are really nice. I think some of them are robots though, every answer is a trained one. I ordered a card two months ago after the machines at this location ate them. Every time I have called they said It wasn't in the system like I was lying. Ive never felt like more then just a number to a business. The proof is the pudding. Why would I lie the machine ate my card. So ignorant.

How is it that during this time of the day (noon), that they only have one teller open?! Even with a long line waiting, no other tellers opened up to assist. I worked in customer service & this is horrible service.

This bank is located inside Safeway (just in front of Starbucks). You can shop your groceries & bank as well. Staff is super friendly & nice. Bank is usually not crowded but wait times may exceed depending on the number of customers.

The customer service is wonderful here and it was started with asking how my day was going. The lady took care of all my needs and questions with ease. I like having to be in and out of my bank visits and that's what happened
