Stopped banking with Wells Fargo over a year ago due to the horrible customer service I received at this location. The policies and practices done here are different from any other. Prior I banked with them for 10 years with no problems. Don’t go here go anywhere else and maybe bank with someone else as well.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The line has never been more than 4 customers in it and has moved quickly. There is always a guard who's very observant, watching everything inside and outside branch. Very satisfied with this branch!

Understaffed and incredibly slow.Update: So they respond asking for my person info and asking me to do their job for them and spend my own time trying to contact wellsfargo over this. Extremely unprofessional response. Ridiculous. Nick, you don't need my help to figure out that the service is slow.

This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. There are two ATMs, which are rarely both working at the same time, and half the time I stop by to deposit or withdraw cash, the sole functioning ATM doesn't permit me to. Furthermore, there used to be two additional ATMs a few blocks away at Palm and Auburn, but they were removed. Inside the branch here there are 7 or 8 registers, and only one or two are ever occupied at a time by a teller, with "managers" lurking behind them seemingly aimlessly as the line of customers gets longer and longer. I truly hate this branch.

The people is on line mor then 20 but the cashier not working right it toooooooooooo slow i am since 45 minute on line but still 15 people before me the cashier working for one cash timer on 15 until20 minute

Branch manager, Zara Irving lacks customer service, empathy, emotional intelligence and leadership skills. We asked to waive $30 fee but refused. I have friends in the banking industry also bank managers, who would NOT have acted the way she treated us. We will NOT be returning to this branch nor recommend friends or family to Wells Fargo services any longer.

They handle pretty much any banking need I can think of and I was lucky enough to get in before charging for checking accounts was mandatory. If I had to pay I would certainly try to find a new bank.

Opened a couple bank accounts for family members, the banker Ms. Melly Dolar was very helpful and carefully lessoned and answered all our questions. She explained everything very well and was very helpful throughout the whole process.Thank you ?

Looked at me but ignored that I was waiting to be helped. Finally aproached me and said "got any questions?" with a bad attitude. No thanks! Good bye!Place seems clean. But the wait is too long and not a friendly attitude.
