I had to transfer money to my brother's account, the staff there started talking without talking, you wire, you do this, you do that, you had to make simple money, that means the staff started talking useless
I recently visited the bank, and the staff's customer service was unsatisfactory. They did not demonstrate proper etiquette or knowledge in how to treat a customer appropriately. The employees lacked professionalism and courtesy, which negatively impacted my overall experience at the bank.

Can’t make change here because I don’t have an account? Lol what? What a stupid $hitty bank. I left WF because they are liars. Tried to get change from a few $20’s for a garage sale and the smug teller told me “I’m not allowed because I don’t have an account”. Literally ridiculous.

Stupid AF I can't get change at this location because I DoNt HaVe aN aCcOuNt there. You really think I'm bringing in fake $20's or something? I closed my accounts after Wells Fargo stole money and did many other shady things. Now I'm glad I don't have an account there. The teller was smug and acted like I was "less than" because I don't have an account there. Scree you Wells Fargo.

They make it extremely difficult to deposit your first check both mobile deposit and the atm (that I walked miles in the cold to get to) rejected a GOVERNMENT disbursement. It really puts off new customers as I have the process of a home sale supposed to go into this account and now I am not confident in Wells Fargo’s ability to do so without having problems.

I would give a zero star if I could. Very unprofessional manager Shaila should find new employment. Honestly I dont know how she became a manager her skills are way off and very unprofessional. Filing a complaint against Wells Fargo this one and others is a waste of time they don't investigate the complaint. Please do your research before banking with them. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to do business with any Wells Fargo banks especially in and around Sacramento Ca.

The people who works there are polite, with a good attitude and also very helpful for that reason everytime I have to do with banking, I wentt there.

Completely unprofessional. Booked an appointment to start a business account, took the day off of work. Booked the appointment for 12PM with Chris, no one greeted us upon arrival. My bussiness partner and I were sitting there for over 20 minutes with no one from the bank even acknowledgingour existance, I had to get in line and ask whats going on. Only to be told that they were going to be available an hour after my appointment time. Do not waste your time with this branch.

They are not on the same page as others Wells Fargo. Twice I've left there frustrated went to the next closest Wells Fargo was helped within minutes.

Is worth bank ever to go I was there and trying to get the cash from my account Claudia she was helping me and she was so mean she said I can give you the cash because is not available how it shows in my account she said you can use ATM but I can't give you the cash and she said I'm here for fun is not my problem and I ask for manager and she didn't did anything she said yes she is right is b******* I will never go there anymore and I'm gonna complain on her in HR she is not worth getting paid she is not doing her job right and she was not even Wearing name tag zero Service
