Terrible. I always use this bank. Today the bank teller was in a bad mood and wasn't very nice. I wanted my money counted back to me but she said she couldn't because she had no room to count it out. Omg all she had to do was move her keyboard over alittle. I was not happy. I don't know her name because her hair covered her name up and her name was not on my receipt. I hope I never get that lazy rude person again.

I am here once a week at least between 2pm-3pm. it always takes over 20 minutes to be helped. The lines are crazy long. There are only 2 windows open everyone.Extremely frustrating that it takes so long every single time.

Most people came at same time like 10 different people all are 4pm scheduled with banker. And they randomly select people. Very annoying. They dont care who came 1st.

This bank in this location is ok. Large parking lot, a lot ATM and have the security guy in the office hour. However, you shouldn’t go to ATM this location afternoon and night because this place not safety.

I don't understand some of the reviews here I came in without an account was seated quickly in the handicap section because I have difficulty with my hand and my right leg Shevah was my teller and made it easy to process my checks I was able to cash them all out and I can't wait to open account here next week the experience here is second to none I've been with some great Banks and some bad Banks over the last 60 years so when I say it's good it's good my experience tells me so and I definitely will come here again

They don’t pick up their phone so you can get information of day will set up an appointment or we can walk ins open account which is very disappointed we’ve been calling the past two days in a row unfortunately nobody’s picking up

Went to go deposit my paycheck at this wells fargo and she failed to mention about a hold on my check cause it was processing i then called customer service see if they could help they didnt help in anyway and so after my check clears i will no longer bank with Wells Fargo and not to mention this is the 1st time this happened so frustrated and i will no longer use wells fargo again

I never wanted to come back here because of the workers. I only came here today because it was the closest one other than the Freeport location. A teller, not going to say any names, said she will deny me service because I don't have deposit slips, yet they gave me no reason why they will deny me any service. Is it that hard to count cash? The Freeport location finishes the job within 5-10 minutes so why can't this one do the same? They are always so rude. Go to the one on Freeport or Greenhaven instead. Customer service is by far BETTER OVER THERE.

Alrght WF I understand you have construction going on but, post something to say that your inside is or isn’t open. I tried calling and no one answered, there were a few people that were turning around unsure also while I was outside. Maybe a sign would help? Thanks.
