Imma give them a 1 because the system won't allow me to provide a lowers score. Their ATM is NEVER working. I don't want to hear an argument of "why not just go inside". Thats simple i do not want to interact with other people and wish to just deposit/withdraw my money in a matter of minutes and with minimal human interaction.FIX YOUR GODDAM ATM YOU GODDAM BUMS THEY DESERVE NEGETIVE STARS SINCE ITS BEEN DOWN FOR YEARS

The Service at this Greenhaven Wells Fargo is going downhill. After a banker took my investment questions and told me he would call me back in 15-20 mins, he never did. I called back and left a message for him, he never called me back. Then I decided to go to the branch, even though it was hard for me to walk with one leg. When I entered, the whole branch was so quiet, desks were empty and 3 bankers were chatting, yet too busy to return my call. I’ve been their customer for over 30 years. They focused so much on selling the annuity, that if you refused and asked for help on something else, they lost their friendliness. I listened to their annuity sales pitch at least 5 times. After all, the bank is making money from me regardless I’ve annuity with them or not. Maybe it’s about time for me to say good bye to this bank.

Treat me like a customer not a criminal. I was allegedly trying to deposit a fraudulent check. I knew for a fact the check was not fraudulent and repeated myself over and over. It's not like I wanted to cash the check just a deposit. How can you say it's a fraudulent check without processing it? What is Wells Fargo on Greenhaven good for if you can't simply deposit a check into your checking account? I immediately closed my accounts and headed to Chase. Opened a new checking and deposited the so called fraudulent check without being treated like a criminal.

Was getting great service until today. I called and made an appointment to see a notary. I explained what I wanted done and told them I had this service before. The rather impatient woman who took the call made the appointment for me. When we got there we were told," we don't offer that service, and I'm uncomfortable in notarizing your photo. Ugh SHe had the nerve to tell us to go by UPS

Today (1.26.23), I checked online for WF’s business hours and it said they were open at 9am. When I got there, the doors were locked but there were people inside. Eventually, I saw a piece of paper taped to the door that said they were temporarily closed. There was no indication when they would reopen.

only time ive been dissatisfied with wells fargo customer service. I came at 425pm and wanted to open an account without even trying or even asked for our names or offered us a seat the banker who greeted us just told us to come back the next day to open an account. I asked her if she can refer me to a different banker ive seen they are not busy and I think came on time for them to refuse service from us!!!

Been with Wells since I was 13. I've held multiple accounts lending, credit and even business accounts. I've never had ghost accounts.

I hate when people complain about their work functions. I was trying to complete business I started with a different branch and the banker, Bao wouldn't call the other branch. He told me multiple times how good he is at his job, how he knows this document, how I should be upset with the other branch banker and how I would have to come back with an appointment so he could complete a "12 page" document (as he motioned typing. I needed to sign a document and have it sent electronically to the other branch. We will be taking our 1million dollar investment account elsewhere.

Please whoever reads this do not do any business at this Wells Fargo bank !!!!! The staff is very rude and disrespectful!!! I moved to the Pocket area about seven months ago I started doing business here at Wells Fargo thinking it's you know overall I Wells Fargo bank however very bad experience they wouldn't give me the money that's in my account even though it cleared and it's available I was able to transfer the money from one account to another they still did not wanna approve and give me the money I need it !!!! They claim that they don't have a manager on site and cannot approve or override for me to receive money from my account which is ridiculous right any bank account banker can give you your money long as it's clear and it's available and the bank has the funds it's easy to do however they're under qualified and unprofessional and rude the main thing is the rude part and they would yell at you if you continue to ask for what you need!!! I would give this bank trip was zeros for their bad manners and disrespectful action I think the senior of the bank should review and see if the bankers are under qualified to work here as a staff it's the last time I step foot in this pain today I went in and asked for $ and they denied the transaction due to don't have a manager on site to approve the transaction which doesn't mean crap it's my money why can I take it when I want and need it !!!! This branch is very rude and racist as well!!!!

This branch does not enforce masks. That's fine. I am getting used to it in this town. The reason for the one star is more about their apathy and unwillingness to assist their customers. I came here with my 12 year old daughter to deposit a pretty large check that her grandmother wrote her for Christmas into my account since she does not have an account to put it in. I had my daughter with me as well as both our IDs. This request was clearly too complicated for them to fulfill. After the teller went to check with his supervisor, the supervisor comes over and tells me they can neither cash nor deposit the check period. No mention on how to solve the problem (open an account for her, bring her birth certificate) just "No" and "Goodbye." They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be driving out to Elk Grove next time.
