Wells Fargo is a terrible company. I opened a credit like that was supposed to have no interest for 18 months and I had to replace my account and card due to fraud and it has taken them months and they keep sending it to the wrong address. No matter how much I give them my new address and they update it and verify it with me, they continue to send my card to some random person. There is no point in me having this line with them if I can't even access it and I have to use my old card which does get interest. How dare Wells Fargo keep costing me months of interest with them on my other card when I opened this card to avoid interest and save money. It feels like they are intentionally screwing me over so they can continue charging me interest. It will be my new priority to switch to another bank. One which is not sneaky, manipulative, rude, or just plain incompetent across the board. I have spoken to about a dozen representatives and not one person has been able to send my card to the correct address. There is no reason for mass incompetency across the company so it's more likely they are just being manipulative and just finding new ways of robbing the middle and lower class. Never go with Wells Fargo. They haven't changed. They just got new sneaky. They'll get busted in a few years. Wait and see. Spread the word and tell your stories of what Wells Fargo did to you.

1 of 13 tellers open when I arrived. Very nice employees but must have issues with upset folks when understaffed.

This branch employee behavior is rude with customers. I visited here twice and I really feel bad. I will close my bank account here as soon as possible.

The Wells Fargo Call Center is advertised to be located just around the corner from this Bank. Now that Taqueria Garibaldi was in the news about being held accountable for the management actions, Wells Fargo also has some of the most hostile and bigoted employees, while management does little to nothing to prevent or stop it, but in some cases are just as responsible for participating, furthermore, the common tactics used in acts of sabotage are often well known oftenly used covert acts, and retaliation for reporting is a problem. The female employees, Black and White, are the most covert hostile while the black male employees utilize bigotry for sabotage in addition to their hostility, the black guard is no exception but not employed by the company. Bigotry from black employees is a problem because they expect something because they are black instead of being qualified. The black employees utilize common covert tactics and blame the person they sabotage then exclude the person who was subjected to hostility.Management will either deny the existence of the problem or simply allow it to happen or avoid acknowledging the problems.Black employees tend to be significantly more bigoted than other employees. The current litigation against Wells Fargo for bigotry and discrimination against Latinos provides more information on the toxic workplace culture and other openly bigoted employees and practices.

What bank decides that 2 tellers is enough for the beginning of every month? This is the reason I stopped banking here. I would avoid this place like the plague if you can.

Been a customer with Wells Fargo for almost 5 years now , my first ever bank. But after visiting today I had the worst experience, the teller was giving me attitude and making assumptions as if I was a new customer or someone who never used bank services.

There are more than 13 windows, but there are only two workers to serve customers. They should have more workers to serve customers. Also there is a lot of time you will spend standing on your feet.

Sarah Courtney is perhaps the worst manager I have ever encountered. She is very disrespectful to her employees and customers. She does not understand basic service policies and uses her immature and demeaning attitude to reprimand the tellers and customers. Wells Fargo management definitely needs to investigate her work. I have long held a very positive view of Wells Fargo and she unfortunately changed it.
