Bad experience. I was living in Sacramento in 2019. I was moving and leaving california. I had went into the bank and deposit less than $10 to my account, So it wouldn't be in the negatives. Once I arrived to my destination. I went into a Wells Fargo there and It was giving me a hard time. Come to find out the lady at the desk who I gave $7 dollars to hit $700 on accident in Sacramento and I had no idea and apparently money somehow was taken out and it definitely wasn't me. So I asked to file a report they refuse to let me do so. I even told them investigate the cameras. I never pulled no money out they refuse to even investigate it TO Look at the cameras but want to make an excuse about their employee making a horrible mistake on their end so they want to blame me as a customer and tell me I owe $450 on something I never took. They refuse to take accountability for their employees mistake and blame the customer and refuse to even do an investigation. Now I can't even open a different bank account else were because they want to try and scam me on money I never took. I refuse to pay them for something they have no proof of and especially them refusing to even try to investigate this. I will get a lawyer Bring a law suit against this place therefore there's been so many bad stories I hear about wells fargo. A law suit will be coming and I will be taking this to courts since they want to play games. DO NOT GET WELLS FARGO.

I was Given a check by an employer drawn from Wells fargo bank went to this Location and was told That there would be a $7.50 charge because I didn't have an account with them. If you guys are hard up for people to open accounts maybe stop ripping people off. Chase charges nothing

I needed notary for my minor child passport of parents greencard and its required by passport office and your bank officer denied to do that she called me before two days and was trying to deny to do my work without knowing

I too had an issue with Jessica at this branch. She asked me very invasive questions that were not needed in order for me to make a deposit. I felt very racially discriminated against and when I asked why she was asking such questions she just said she was new. I am very very disappointed by this and I hope action is taken against her as I see I’m not the only one who has experienced this from Jessica

Jessica who is “a little new” is beyond rude. You would think being new you would have some patience and learn to treat customers appropriately. I come into this bank once a month to make a deposit into an account, she asked me personal questions that were not appropriate nor needed to process my transaction as well as cut me off while speaking. To have to deal with this employee after waiting in an outrageously long line with only 3 tellers available was beyond agitating. Do better Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo is a terrible company. I opened a credit like that was supposed to have no interest for 18 months and I had to replace my account and card due to fraud and it has taken them months and they keep sending it to the wrong address. No matter how much I give them my new address and they update it and verify it with me, they continue to send my card to some random person. There is no point in me having this line with them if I can't even access it and I have to use my old card which does get interest. How dare Wells Fargo keep costing me months of interest with them on my other card when I opened this card to avoid interest and save money. It feels like they are intentionally screwing me over so they can continue charging me interest. It will be my new priority to switch to another bank. One which is not sneaky, manipulative, rude, or just plain incompetent across the board. I have spoken to about a dozen representatives and not one person has been able to send my card to the correct address. There is no reason for mass incompetency across the company so it's more likely they are just being manipulative and just finding new ways of robbing the middle and lower class. Never go with Wells Fargo. They haven't changed. They just got new sneaky. They'll get busted in a few years. Wait and see. Spread the word and tell your stories of what Wells Fargo did to you.

This branch employee behavior is rude with customers. I visited here twice and I really feel bad. I will close my bank account here as soon as possible.
