So Slow! They had 4 other workers standing around talking and laughing but had only 1 window open,then opened a second window after 30 minutes of like 15 people waiting in line ?find another wells Fargo.

Their atm literally stoled my money half 1,000 and didn’t give it back nor but it in my bank account, and they didn’t do nothing about after I even had “proof” definitely moving banks, if it was 20 or less it would’ve been different but its not.

I lost an hour of my work time waiting for the banker. Nobody is interested in clients here. I had to go back to work and received no service. Never come back.

I am giving a 5-star review ONLY because of Elizabeth J. Hernandez, who helped me today when she did not have to. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND and made me feel like I was not alone and that she would do all she could to help me as if she were in my position. She deserves a RAISE!!! She was compassionate, understanding, and patient. She literally was not taking no or roundabout answers as an option.If not for Elizabeth, I'd leave a bad review and push this situation to the next level because I was wronged. I got hours of incorrect information which wasted my time and my boss's time, only to get on the phone with the same department and them handle my problem in 10 minutes.

Worst bank to go to!! Workers are like damn turtle. Another girl probably the one in charge see a line out the door and she not getting on to help. It's a Tuesday. It's not even a weekend. Horrible

Why is it that one of your drive thru ATM always down? Now today it's both,can you put on some kinda light saying out of service so we can go somewhere else, and yes at times one of your walk up ones is down!!"what kinda service are u providing.

The slowest most frustrating customer service bar none I've ever experienced. They clearly do not value their customers time. I've been coming here for years it never improves they have more suits on the floor than tellers. The line be long and people complaining daily including myself. I'm my opinion time is valuable more than money so tellers should be the upmost priority to keep the line moving and people can get back to their lives. Change your management wells fargo. Get more tellers there should be 3 to 4 available at all times. Value our times like we value doing business with you.

SUPER slow! 11 windows but only 2 are open, each customer takes about 15+ minutes. There are about 30 people in line RIGHT NOW! If you dont have 2 hours free time to wait in line, dont come here.

It’s been so many years but this location never improve - SLOW - sooo SLOW…. Please prepare for at least 30 minutes to wait if you plan to come to this location. Come on people, it’s the year 2022, your way of service is not suitable anymore. Please change.

I don’t like to make a scene in public so I stayed quiet and didn’t ask for the branch manager. But, I run a business, this is the nearest branch. I only needed some change so I can get back to my normal activities. I normally don’t mind waiting in the general line if there’s a few people ahead of me. But the line was huge and there is a line designated for small business assistance at the tellers area. (If you’ve been there you know what area I’m referring to). Hey, I’m a business owner, with an account at Wells Fargo, it’ll be a breeze. The teller tells me I need to get in line. Ummmm… so what exactly is that small business line for, if I still have to switch over to the general area? It just felt misleading because that area is “for all your business needs.” Okay, well now I’m late to my work, and had to leave to a different bank anyway bc there were only 2 tellers working. Too slow, and very terrible management.
