So Slow! They had 4 other workers standing around talking and laughing but had only 1 window open,then opened a second window after 30 minutes of like 15 people waiting in line ?find another wells Fargo.

Their atm literally stoled my money half 1,000 and didn’t give it back nor but it in my bank account, and they didn’t do nothing about after I even had “proof” definitely moving banks, if it was 20 or less it would’ve been different but its not.

Such stupid Coustomer service, took them 2 hours to withdraw money from my account and also first they told me they can’t help me to withdraw money from my account ,

I lost an hour of my work time waiting for the banker. Nobody is interested in clients here. I had to go back to work and received no service. Never come back.

I am giving a 5-star review ONLY because of Elizabeth J. Hernandez, who helped me today when she did not have to. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND and made me feel like I was not alone and that she would do all she could to help me as if she were in my position. She deserves a RAISE!!! She was compassionate, understanding, and patient. She literally was not taking no or roundabout answers as an option.If not for Elizabeth, I'd leave a bad review and push this situation to the next level because I was wronged. I got hours of incorrect information which wasted my time and my boss's time, only to get on the phone with the same department and them handle my problem in 10 minutes.

Worst bank to go to!! Workers are like damn turtle. Another girl probably the one in charge see a line out the door and she not getting on to help. It's a Tuesday. It's not even a weekend. Horrible
