I called many time a different time but not respon when I go over there no any customer but cal system tell me all bankers are busy right now what jockeys.

after been with Wells Fargo for 13 years. even though they got sanctioned for over charging customers that almost make me change banks year or two ago this one specific branch it's close to my home. and I got very close with stuff very helpful. until they change management. Antonio it's the new manager name. sad How your own people can't treat theirs like same as other customers. I'm leaving Wells Fargo just because of him

Only one teller working today !!!! 9:30 am in the morning. Waited for 25 minutes and left. Hire more staff or close this bank .

Garrett Beam is super friendly, professional and helpful. Called me in advance of my appointment to see if I could send him the paperwork so he could process it and save me the trouble of waiting in person. Once I arrived for my appointment, things were quick and easy. He answered all my questions and his boss (forgot name, sorry) was also really nice and helpful.

This branch gives all other Wells Fargo Banks a bad name. This branch discriminated against one of my employees by refusing to cash her payroll check in 3 separate occasions. Reason #1: Check not printed with a certain ink.. making it unreadable., How sway ?! In my Kanye voice. It's 2021 and we have mobile deposits. (After she endorsed it and gave fingerprints, I went to the branch and ordered temporary checks and wrote it to my employee to re-issue it to her on the paper or ink they wanted. Same account number CA and amount.) Reason #2: It's an unusually high amount... $1619.25 isn't high when we pay another employee 6601.21 just the day before. Reason #3: We don't cash temporary checks. (You mean the ones I just purchased in your branch?) Goes on to question her. What do you do? How many of these do you have? When was this issued. Insulting her in a branch full of people and when she returned attempted to lock her out knowing they closed at 12pm. Never answered the phone when I called to resolve it. As the employee made it into the branch. They refused to speak to me on the phone to verify the check. I was forced to call customer advocacy, Have my employee sit in the branch in protest in order for them to cash her check before the closed at 12:00 pm so she could meet her obligations. It's sad that nobody there wanted to help her after she was mistreated. I ultimately spoke with a person who identified themselves as Serena. Serena became a bit passive aggressive by saying that she'd let her manager know that I was unhappy with Wells Fargo protecting my account. I caught that little smart remark. I corrected her though, I never said that. I said I was unhappy with their discriminatory practices and would be escalating this. Wells Fargo Case# 041721-ee379174***

Zero concerns for the customers.. Employees sit on there phone while only one teller is working 6 people in line by himself. There employees need to get off there butt and do something to help the CUSTOMER that keep the doors open..

I have to leave a 5-star review for Miss Dora Zavala. I honestly wish I could have done more then this Yelp review. And I am still going to figure out something nice to do for the branch. On December the 31st I had the absolute worse experience at the Colusa Wells Fargo on Market Street (not Doras branch) they turned me away from being able to deposit my state pay check (they stated it was post dated for Jan 1st) and I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2008. Every time I go to that branch I am met with negativity because I am African-American. It is unfortunate but it is true. But long story short I am a state of California employee everyone knows that our checks are given to us a day or two before the date on the check. I have never in 11 years had an issue with depositing my check until I went to the Colusa branch. It was 3:45 when I left that branch and unfortunately all branches closed at 4 p.m. because of the holiday so I could not make it to my home branch in time before closing. I called my branch on Florin Road in Sacramento and told the manager there what happened and she was shocked to hear that they turned me away. She even offered to wait for me I told her it would take too long. So here is where Miss Dora comes into play. I stopped at her Wells Fargo branch to go to the ATM to deposit my check. When I got out of the car Miss Dora was standing at the door locking up she asked me what was I there to do I literally almost broke out in tears and explained to her really quick what happened to me in Colusa an hr ago. She told me to hold on and took my check from me. She came back and asked me what would I like to do, cash or deposit. I was so shocked that she was so willing to help me that I couldn't even answer her directly I was just so overwhelmed by her kindness. I told her deposit and she said okay I'll be right back. She came back and less than 4 minutes top with my receipt!!! Had I would have not stop there and had Miss Dora would have not been so kind and so understanding I would have went days without any money and I would not have been able to make it to work or feed my children. She saved the day. She is so awesome if she can go higher then service manager I highly suggest that she be promoted ASAP!! Thank you so much Dora!!!

Worst managed bank. On the first of the month only two cashiers, on the second of the month 7 windows and only one cashier. More than 30 minutes wait.
