Just a heads up! This branch will steel your money!!! Brought in $1500 that I got from a different bank that was already tested by a counting machine to make a credit card payment. They told me one of my $20 bills was fake and kept it and thought it was funny. Would not even explain. They told me I can go ahead and call the police. They have been reported FTC

These bank tellers at the front desk need more training. Every single time I walk into this location, I walk out and drive to another location. The line is always long and they take about 10-15 minutes to help every single person out. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Wells Fargo location in Greenhaven.

Very sad here the management is very unprepared for what goes on around here always wanting you to use an ATM machine for everything because they have one inside and outside meaning they don't wanna do anything themselves

Tried to open a checking account, waited in the lobby, was told to go up to the teller to give my information so someone can call me the next day to make an appointment. Did that, provided my information, which was written on a post-it, and I never got a call back. What a weird system. Instead of giving me an appointment then and there, they made it complicated and lost my business.

you walk in with an appointment and they tell you that they don't see it, you show the emial that you recieve from wells fargo bank and they still say the don't see it...where the heck is the person in charge of this bank!! omg!

Went to this branch to get a document notarized. There was one other customer in the bank and they told me I'd have to make an appointment, which was just 30 minutes away. They told me I'd have to wait in the parking lot and they'd call me when they were ready. Fifty minutes later the bank notary called me and said that I'd have to make another appointment several hours away. I looked I. The bank and there were no customers! I could t believe this branch couldn't take 10 minutes to notarize my document. Terrible customer service! They use my money and pay me practically nothing. They have lost sight of who works for who.

This place does not get enough credit that they deserve. I need to fax some things to correct some issues I had. The lady said I needed an appointment and told her about my issues. They were understanding and tried to help my issues.They were very helpful and superior customer service and helped me right away. If I ever have a problem again, I will be going to this place. :)

I like this place because the customer service is very good and fast, plus there is an ATM inside that allows you to make your visit faster and more private when needed ?
