This branch has, at the time of my visit, twenty customers in line, and two window tellers to handle this ever growing queue. And this queue is progressing very slowly. YAWN! Obviously understaffed for servicing the need on a Friday mid-afternoon.

Very bad service, just 1-2 tellers, I'm switching my bank provider for sure. Don't come to this bank, you'll regret it.

Wells Fargo on Arden Way is one of the best, if not the best branch locations in Sacramento. I have been helped by Sonam many times. She is an exceptional banker who goes above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service.

System down all day to obtain a cashier's check. Extremely rude girl at first desk upon entry, long black hair. To get a cashiers check today I had to open an account at another bank. This is a great way to lose your dwindling customer base. It's one thing to have the system down--its even worse to have a little snot having the first interaction with customers.

Really helpful teller. Help me with multiple transactions. Good employees should get a reasonable raise.

If a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend isn’t the right time to open more than TWO windows out of EIGHT when there are currently 14 customers in line, what is this branch even open for? Third time I’ve experienced this at this location (I keep thinking it will change). Close it already.

I cant reach wellsfargo from where i live.. i cant call them due to my language and they dont answer to emails. Im on a shared account im trying to get off from for years now and wellsfargo ignores every email i write. Its a shame that banks fool us like that and dont give customers any kind of service.

The Wells Fargo Call Center is advertised to be located just around the corner from this Bank.Wells Fargo also has some of the most hostile and bigoted employees, while management does little to nothing to prevent or stop it, but in some cases are just as responsible for participating, furthermore, the common tactics used in acts of sabotage are often well known oftenly used covert acts, and retaliation for reporting is a problem. The female employees, Black and White, are the most covert hostile while the black male employees utilize bigotry for sabotage in addition to their hostility, the black guard is no exception but not employed by the company. Bigotry from black employees is a problem because they expect something because they are black instead of being qualified. The black employees utilize common covert tactics and blame the person they sabotage then exclude the person who was subjected to hostility.Management will either deny the existence of the problem or simply allow it to happen or avoid acknowledging the problems.Black employees tend to be significantly more bigoted than other employees. The current litigation against Wells Fargo for bigotry and discrimination against Latinos provides more information on the toxic workplace culture and other openly bigoted employees and practices.

When I first started coming to this branch the service was great. Over the past year, there has been a steady decline in service AND staff knowledge. But today took the cake. My wait time in line was no less than 30 minutes. One teller, 7 people in line. The manager says his other teller is at lunch.... A man walks in and threatens a customer in line. He appeared to have a weapon, one hand moving in the air as he spoke and the other hand was in his pocket implying that he had a gun or knife. The manager stood up and walked over there, but there was no mention of police or security being called. Even after the man refused to leave, stating ONLY ONE OF THEM WILL LEAVE THE BUILDING. Seriously? I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS BRANCH. SHUT IT DOWN.

Most horrible experience at the Arden branch. So glad I do not bank with Wells Fargo. Was trying to cash a check that was from Wells Fargo. They wouldn't cash it and said they would put a 5 day hold on it. I was only asking for a cashiers check so I could immediately access the funds. They gave me the run around, making excuses and I think they were racially profiling me. They acted like the check I had was fake. They said I had to open an acct which I agreed to do then said it was too late and they were now closed. I ended up going to the Davis branch the next day to try to cash it again and open an acct if needed. They said I didn't need to and immediately gave me a cashier's check. I told them about the Arden branch and they said it seemed odd that they would do it for me. I was grateful for the Davis teller/manager that know customer service. The branch manager and assistant mgr at the Arden branch need better customer service skills. The asst manager tried to explain what a draft was and was very condescending in her tone when she said it is hard to explain like I was an idiot and didn't understand the rules of banking. I know that you can cash a check from the bank it was written from. That was clear when the Davis branch could do what the Arden branch couldn't. Arden branch is horrible and I will be contacting the corporate office and their regional manager. They have lost my business and I will tell all my friends and family NEVER bank with Wells Fargo!!
