Waiting for more than 1 hour for the banker. They need to staff more bankers or make sure these bankers are not talking about personal business (overheard conversations about family) with clients.

It's so frustrating that the managers stand around when the line continues to grow past 4/5/6 people. 8 out of 10 times the line is ridiculous. If you dont have the staff then jump in and help instead of standing around. The people are very friendly who work there including the security guy. super nice. Best part of showing up.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Each one of you is amazing. They have 2 ATM machines that are located outside and are accessible 24/7.They do have small locker facility. The bank is business friendly and staff is very professional.

I got scammed by someone pretending to be my friend who sent me a picture of a check and because I thought it was my friend doing it and because I deposited thinking it was my friend, Wells Fargo closed all my accounts. I would not recommend anyone opening up accounts at Wells Fargo because even though I got scammed they also said I can never open up accounts with them and also they said no bank will ever let me open any account with them which I found out is false.

Not accommodating. A long time member now.. I went to cash my check, my wife also tried to cash hers at the same time. Service manager Santana would not allow my wife’s check to be signed over to me to avoid a fee and would not waive a simple 7 dollar fee to keep my business.

Extremely rude tellers and managers. I lost my ID and went in there to get a withdrawl..the documents I had brought in were good enough to recieve my withdrawl....but was openly mocked by the staff for having these documents. Wow, so disrespectful...Once again wells Fargo shows why they're such an awful bank...Being a complete A-hole apparently is a prerequisite to work at that branch.

This was my first time going to this Wells Fargo branch. The parking was a little difficult due to some congestion in the parking lot, but that's not on the fault of Wells Fargo of course!When you arrive you see some buttresses to prevent anyone from ramming their vehicle into the building, and you see some ATMs there as well. The buttresses look nice, and are well painted, and actually almost add to the decor.Once inside you see the typical bulletproof glass protecting the tellers from potential intruders. I was the first in line and was letting you know that I would be seen in a moment, and I only had to wait about a minute while the staff took care of some previous business.I needed to withdraw some money, and the process was really quick. The staff are friendly, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes I would say.I was there between 2 and 3 p.m. on a Tuesday, so your wait times and or parking conditions may be different based on the day and time you go.Other nice thing is that at the shopping mall there are lots of things you can take care of, from shopping to eating!I would go back again if I needed to do Wells Fargo banking. They even have a free water machine near the entrance while you wait!

This is one of those locations that most seem to use strictly for the ATM. It's buried in a strip mall and a little hard to find at first. Inside, however, you'll get that same hit-or-miss Wells Fargo service, fully dependant on who the employee is who works with you that day. Because banks are so inconsistent when it comes to service, I've given this one two tries before writing a review. One visit was a sit down with a rep who was far more concerned with some aggressive sales tactics to get me to upgrade an account that anything I actually came in the door for. The second was an experience with a sweet teller who exceeded the lowered standard we all have for the modern banking experience. Take the good with the bad and consider this a place to get your banking done and nothing more.

I use to hate going to this location for my own personal banking because there was a creepy guy that worked there and would just linger a little too much or have eye contact for too long. BUT when I got a new job in the camellia shopping center it became a daily visit my new neighbors my company banked with. The staff is awesome. The manager is awesome! The dum dums are awesome! I no longer work in the shopping center, and miss seeing these lovely helpful faces! I would witness lines that moved quickly and discrepancies that ended professionally. Thanks for changing my view on your store and company and always being so sweet to me. 5 stars for a great team. AND yay to that guy not working there anymore

I have banked with wellsfargo since I was 16 years old. Today I experienced the most disrespectful customer service from Rachel and the branch manager. Both were extremely condescending toward me and belittled me. At one point the branch manager asked me “how Do you even keep track of your spending?” I had two accounts with wellsfargo one for saving the other for spending and not once was explained to that I couldn’t have money transfer from one account to another. This had resulted in multiple over drafts in which they reversed for me. I guess the reports are true about how wellsfargo treats their customers. No respect for the customer period at this branch.
