If I could, I would give them NO star. This business is in the business of robbery in the broad daylight , and this is to put it lightly. Totally incompetent in anyway you put it. for a simple money transfer that it usually should take an hour to complete from start to finish, it took 2 days to accomplish the task and finally I had to hand carry a cashier's check! Putting my life on the line, rushing through traffic to meet my deadline. Additionally, they tried 3 transactions for the wire transfer and each time they deducted transaction fee from my money claiming that the receiving side deducted the money. If the receiving side had received the money in their first attempt, then there would not be second and third time. I think they should close their business and go away.

I just want t to say this location is horrible when it come to customer service is like they don’t care, if I can give them zero star base on my experience, and the manager is rude and arrogant, the energy stuff don’t care they all rude. I which I never open a business account with Wells Fargo.

It doesn't matter the day of the month nor the hour of the day, this bank only ever has 1 or 2 windows open & a long line. Been here 2 days in a row at different times and the wait time is ridiculous. Unless you have an hour or more to waste, go to a different Wells Fargo.

Do not go here or bank here! They are never all on the same page and give out different information and most of the time its false. They will mess up and make you feel like your reaction isn't justified. Especially Ariana Romo and Sandra thal. Accidents happen but if yall mess up then just say that. Ghetto bank

Wells Fargo has always been a super bank and customer service is great. Only concern I have is we cannot call our local bank and phone customer service is lousy. Called for a notary and the first time gave us an appointment for anybody. Now we have to go to the bank personally and make an appointment fora specific day.to have document notarized. Time wasted

I was use only ATM Machine and want to tell you that great that you can take from $20 to $800 for 1 time, all other banks if you from different Bank offer you to take from $20 to $200, I think it's great! ?
