I'm not too impressed with Wells Fargo Bank. I went into the bank one day, & the bank was completely empty. Because I went into the bank during every one's working hours, which is usually between the hours of 8:00 am through 5:00 pm. I'm not talking about the bank hours, I'm talking about the regular business hours for other working people. There was a woman sitting at one of the banker's desks, who was not busy. I politely asked her if I could open a checking account? Her response was, do you have an appointment? I said no I don't. Her rude response was you cannot open a checking account without any appointment, & you have to have so much in dollars to do so. Then I was told to leave, & get an appointment. She didn't bother to allow me to make an appointment with her, nor did she even tell me how to go about making one. This type of inconsideration has totally made me dislike Wells Fargo all together. Because of a very rude female employee.

Most the times wells Fargo is a good bank, ill being give a 5 ⭐ with a different branch because they were always able to help me out.

I am standing in line with 10 people and the only teller gets up and walks away. I think that is such bad customer service. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I feel this is unacceptable.

nice and friendly staff. Clean environment. I was able to use atm and get my business done inside the bank. This branch sometimes gets a little crowded though.

Same issues as always. Line is out the door and they have two tellers working. No urgency from anyone working. By far the slowest bank branch that I have ever visited. All customers in line are upset and the manager as always is not assisting. Over 45 min wait just to make a deposit. Replace the manager now
