Only 3 people working, 1 at counter, one trying to help that one employee at counter but back n forth to his desk, and 3rd employee at another desk..waited 15 min…then walked out…

Wells Fargo is a terrible company. I opened a credit like that was supposed to have no interest for 18 months and I had to replace my account and card due to fraud and it has taken them months and they keep sending it to the wrong address. No matter how much I give them my new address and they update it and verify it with me, they continue to send my card to some random person. There is no point in me having this line with them if I can't even access it and I have to use my old card which does get interest. How dare Wells Fargo keep costing me months of interest with them on my other card when I opened this card to avoid interest and save money. It feels like they are intentionally screwing me over so they can continue charging me interest. It will be my new priority to switch to another bank. One which is not sneaky, manipulative, rude, or just plain incompetent across the board. I have spoken to about a dozen representatives and not one person has been able to send my card to the correct address. There is no reason for mass incompetency across the company so it's more likely they are just being manipulative and just finding new ways of robbing the middle and lower class. Never go with Wells Fargo. They haven't changed. They just got new sneaky. They'll get busted in a few years. Wait and see. Spread the word and tell your stories of what Wells Fargo did to you.

Seriously…the teller is on break so no one can take my payment. We all have to wait. Yet there are 3 staff members not helping anyone. Why can’t the manager or others take payments? Stupidity at its finest.

Every time I walk in here the staff is nice just the only person that doesn't look to happy to be there working is Maya never says anything but hands you the receipt and doesn't say anything else like a thank you or anything. She just looks mad or angry all the time .

Really good at asking what I need and then saying oh sorry that’s not ATM keep waiting, never oh I’ll help you over here. I had already walked around the building to use the drive through ATM(main one out of use typically) to get the appropriate funds and was charged a service fee. Then after waiting 25 min I was finally helped by a teller. I wanted a check and was told there’s a $5 service fee. I only had enough to for the check I needed and did not know there’s another fee. I asked to use a different card and was told there would be a cash advance fee. I even asked the woman if there was any way to waive the fee since I wasn’t having a good experience already and was told no. I’ve never had a good experience at this branch and today solidified what I had already thought. Don’t expect them to actually want your repeat business. Just expect to wait and pay fees for a bank you have been with for years.

Personal banker Trish or Trisha is very snarky. Have you heard the term kill them with kindness? Well, she will stare you in the face smiling as she talks over you. Customers come into the bank with questions . Sorry that there is no one else to ask but the employees. Trish will smile big at you while talking over and being condescending. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The manager should look into how she talks to the customers. Having a smile on your face as your rude or talking over someone is a bad feeling on the receiving end. I just took it. Thanked them for there help and left. Not surprised after looking at the reviews for this location. Does it start at the top and trickle down. Sounds like this location needs some training

I am just writing this to remind me not to visit this location anymore. Worse customer service out of any branch I have ever been to. I'm glad I do not hold an account with Wells Fargo. But employees who don't want to work should not. There's jobs elsewhere.

Never any tellers 9 bays never more than 1 or 2 tellers. Plenty of employees on staff none working the windows. Might want to take the day off work if you hafta go to the bank that day.

My wife went here to use the atm with my card , turned out the atm was broken and decided to keep my card which made my wife have to drive home to get me because they siad the owner needs i.d. to retrieve a my debit card. Got make and was made to stand in line, then another 20 mins of typing someone then came over to me and asked for a second piece of i.d. which let me know this place was unprofessional. I told her that is my Ca state i.d. why do I need anything else that I would have to burn more gas to go back home and get? And after 10 more minutes of CPU typing they handed me my property.

Wellsfargo wont reply to my emails. Im on an account there for years and no way to get off of there from another country. My emails are ignored and i cant call due to language differences. Service from hell.. this is a terrible scam in my opinion. Wont change my review until someone removes me from this account.

My husband and I are Wells Fargo customers and we came in person today to open another joint checking account. It was 4:30pm. There was no line and no other customers. The teller said that there were no available bankers. We could clearly see the banker at her desk with no customers. I pointed that out and the teller said "well she's on a training/call." The teller said they are short staffed and there were no other bankers there that day. Fine. But the one banker you have is unable to see customers during normal business hours?! We are customers trying to open an account with you and you are unwilling to help us? The customer in front of you should always come first. We spent 20 minutes setting up an appointment for a different day when we could have set up our joint account in that time. Considering changing banks entirely.

Horrible customer service. I asked for my deposit to be counted again and the teller heavy sighed and was not welcoming at all. She was simply annoyed by my presence. 11 years with Wells Fargo, thank you Maya for solidifying I will be closing my account.

I've used the bank in all of it's incarnations for 24 years and they have always been able to satisfy me and they are getting even better.

Customer service is horrible. Heavy sighing when I asked them to have my deposit recounted. Literally have been a customer for 11 years. I will be closing my account this week. Maya solidified my decision.
