Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is what they are after having our mortgage for decades and never a problem they sold it off to Faye Servicing which has worse reviews than Well Fargo. Faye Servicing has nothing but horrible reviews and are a scam company as far as we are concerned and all the other people dealing with them. Thanks Wells Fargo for the lousy service and selling us off to a terrible company.

I am so happy I opened an account here. Jordan Vistan set me up an account and was awesome with his knowledge as well as explaining everything, including answering my questions! The Manager shook my hand and said "welcome" and the tellers were very friendly ? You don't find banks like this anymore. Wells Fargo in Midtown rocks!! Thanks Jordan ?

Capitol Mall Wells Fargo has validated parking, no LONG lines or waiting! In a scheduled appointment, my new personal banker was attentive, applied extensive expertise, provided excellent customer service and care. I was able to accomplish notarized documents, remove and update accounts, start a a 13 mo CD, review my account options, transfer money to others and consolidate my accounts. Hoda walked me over to the teller and assisted what needed to be done. Nice to see so many languages available among staff. Only this branch, and the service I consistently experience there, is why I continue with Wells Fargo.

The worst experience ever at this location!! Today 4/29/22 how are you going to have 8 people in line and only one checker. I just spent my whole 30 minute lunch inside because they have one teller the district manager that set in the office acts like she is above helping do anything when it comes to helping people get their business matters situated. Usually they are on point but there were a lot of mad individuals at this location today. They need to get it together.

I have been trying to reach someone at this branch for TWO days straight, calling multiple times a day and no one ever answers. I've even called the 800 WF customer service number and they aren't able to get anyone to answer either and they have other contact numbers. I have to schedule an appt over the phone instead of online because I need a notary. I think I'll change to Golden 1 which I've heard from many people has great customer service. I've had WF for many years but their customer service has gone way down hill esp at this branch.

Glad to have a Wells Fargo in the heart of Midtown! The bank tellers here were very friendly and helpful and took care of my needs in a timely manner! Thanks ??

Edmund was friendly and helpful. However, when Susanna tried to "help me" with my overdraft fees she interrupted me several times. I was told on the phone that I wouldn't be charged anymore fees. But Suzanna didn't want to reverse any of them, regardless of me having proof that the lady on the phone said I wouldn't be charged anymore fees. So frustrating. There will be less food on the table for my wife and 4 year old daughter because of this. Another greedy corporation trying to kick you while you're down.Oh, they are also understaffed so expect to waste a bunch of valuable time waiting in line.SUSANNA the "manager" WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE OR OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.

We've been customers of Wells Fargo for more than 20+ years. But today's appointment with Royce Blando was more than Outstanding! He showed that he cared about us as family than just everyday customers. He took the time to open a new checking account and savings account. My husband had a difficult time doing online banking just to check his deposits. Royce took the time to help us set up our online account. After my husband had such a horrible experience at the Wells Fargo on Freeport Blvd, he didn't know if anyone would take the time to help him. Please give Kudos to Royce Blando.

Just opened an account with Royce. My dude was the best bank agent ive ever dealt with. He was nice and patient and informative. The bank itself is beautiful and clean. I know i just started with Wells Fargo but So far I'm happy to be part of the fam

DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE! if customer service is what you are wanting then this is not the place. manager was very short when i went in to see if i left my card. I have a gov. ID and she would not tell me if they even had the card. very frustrating

What the difference if you use Zelle or you go into a branch to transfer between 2 members of your bank, Your whole reasoning on Money Laundering is understood, but if you're trying to see where A money goes to money B, why can't a transfer be done at a Branch!! Its a nice unconvinced for members who are not tech savvy or have Smart phone or Elderly and force them to do this. Also under 1 less transaction a
