Treat me like a customer not a criminal. I was allegedly trying to deposit a fraudulent check. I knew for a fact the check was not fraudulent and repeated myself over and over. It's not like I wanted to cash the check just a deposit. How can you say it's a fraudulent check without processing it? What is Wells Fargo on Greenhaven good for if you can't simply deposit a check into your checking account? I immediately closed my accounts and headed to Chase. Opened a new checking and deposited the so called fraudulent check without being treated like a criminal.

Been with Wells since I was 13. I've held multiple accounts lending, credit and even business accounts. I've never had ghost accounts.

I hate when people complain about their work functions. I was trying to complete business I started with a different branch and the banker, Bao wouldn't call the other branch. He told me multiple times how good he is at his job, how he knows this document, how I should be upset with the other branch banker and how I would have to come back with an appointment so he could complete a "12 page" document (as he motioned typing. I needed to sign a document and have it sent electronically to the other branch. We will be taking our 1million dollar investment account elsewhere.

This branch does not enforce masks. That's fine. I am getting used to it in this town. The reason for the one star is more about their apathy and unwillingness to assist their customers. I came here with my 12 year old daughter to deposit a pretty large check that her grandmother wrote her for Christmas into my account since she does not have an account to put it in. I had my daughter with me as well as both our IDs. This request was clearly too complicated for them to fulfill. After the teller went to check with his supervisor, the supervisor comes over and tells me they can neither cash nor deposit the check period. No mention on how to solve the problem (open an account for her, bring her birth certificate) just "No" and "Goodbye." They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be driving out to Elk Grove next time.

Don't bother going to this location to use ATM. The ATM machines are always out of service.

Their app doesn't let me reset my pin and asked me to visit a local branch. The banker wasn't able to issue a new PIN and had to mail one via the mail. This sucked as I was hoping to keep a debit card handy in case I needed to withdraw cash.

Omg they take the S out of the Stupid! Fraud at its finest. They lie and tell you "when you Swipe your ATM debit card that the funds do not come out of your account immediately and sometimes see merchant holds the transaction.So they can Manipulate their system and try to charge you overdraft fees or fees to transfer money from your savings to your checking account. I have never seen such a high degree of incompetency friend the customer service to the resolution department I am I will definitely continue to do business with my credit unions who are professionals at all times and they get things done. I live Safe Credit Union .. I will report them

Came in to open 2 checking accounts for my teens. On a slow Monday afternoon. I waited in line there was only one person ahead of me and the associate asked me what I would like to do. I told her open 2 checking accounts for my teens, she precedes to tell me it's by appointment and goes inside to fake check if anyone's available. The bank was practically empty, her co-worker she pretended to talk to was just sitting at her desk. She then proceeds to say nobody is available that day 5/11/20 and takes down my info- proceeds to tell my the info I needed to open my kids accounts.... no s#%*t (I say in my head) I've been a customer over 15 years. She gets my info, to pretend like they were going to call. Anywho I knew they(she) were on some bull#%*t so I called the Laguna location in the parking lot, to see if they could assist me. They said no problem and come as soon as possible. The Laguna location was busy, I only waited less than 10 minutes to be helped. Varsha the teller that helped me was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. It was worth the extra 15minute drive to go there. Even though I live in the Pocket. I'm glad I called the Laguna location, they are fast and friendly. My daughter is excited about her new debit card. I'll go there for my banking needs it's worth the extra drive. No hassle banking.Thank you -Laguna location and Varsha

Want a new reason to hate Wells-Fargo? Well, unfortunately, I got one. I had a managed brokerage account and a regular brokerage account at Wells-Fargo. I decided to close the managed account because the fees were high and the results were poor. I tried to import the trade results data into Turbo Tax and Wells-Fargo did not provide the data online. I called and was told when you close an account, you lose online access to the account data, for any reason, including tax preparation. SO, I have to figure out something on my own to get all the trades (hundreds!!) into my taxes. THANKS for nothing Wells-Fargo and yes, I am looking for a new bank!!!

Super courteous and professional staff at this Wells Fargo location. Good customer service is getting more and more rare these days, so when you experience it, it stands out that much more. Each time I've come in over the last few months the staff has been very attentive, courteous and efficient in helping me with my transaction. Today, I went in to close one of my accounts and they had me in and out within a few minutes, an we're super friendly and helpful.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 26 years and must say that I love this branch the most. I feel at home here with the Manager, Cameron and his professional staff who are engaging but not overly friendly or casual. I've had major milestone financial transactions here including about several refis and home loans combined and his mortgage banker Gene O. couldn't be any more helpful. I'm a very happy client. Other bankers (a few whose names I can remember like Mo, Irish, and Neal, and I wish I could remember them all) are also extremely helpful whenever I'm there. I usually make time to chat as I do my banking, have a cup or two of their gourmet coffee... What's not to like? I had thousands of transactions here, putting both of my kids through college, and running my rental, and consulting businesses in Drafting and Writing using this branch, and they always made sure I'm greeted and ushered me out. Not that I need that level of politeness but it's so much better than not being recognized at all. I see that they also have that level of interaction with other regular neighborhood clients, greeting by their names, chatting about the kids, vacations, business and etc. This branch offers me that community connection, which is rare in other banking institutions. Do I dare say that I love the vibes of this corporate bank more than my credit union? Oh, I think I just did. Anyway, when a business does a stellar job, I'd like to recognize them and give them a shout out they so deserve. Please keep it classy Cameron and staff. Keep the coffee on for us too, please :)

Cameron Niles, the manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me with a problem I needed solved. The nature of which is to complicated to describe here but it involved a lost ATM card. He had to be creative and he was. During the entire effort he was courteous, professional and displayed an actual desire to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. There was another employee who was also helpful in the process. I am unable to recall her name but I'm sure she knows who she is. She offered me options and the branch is lucky to have her. Both of them know what customer satisfaction and service mean and will go that extra step to help their clients. They both made me feel like a welcome guest. The people of Greenhaven have an excellent branch to do their banking.
