I came here with my wife without appointment because we need a statement for the DMV. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and she explained to us at the bank as well on lunch break and she would have a sweet few minutes till they come back. One of the bankers the lady as you enter at the right side to the corner told us she has a few minutes and she will be able to help us. She did and she was very quick and we did our business within three minutes, even though she had an appointment immediately after us, but she was so nice to squeeze us in. I will give five stars to the welcoming lady and the lady in the corner. Both were smiling and very welcoming in attitude.

Never ever ever enough people here. I come here a few times a week. For work. Every time I come here I regret it. Everyone is rude. I'm always here for over 20 minutes.

I never wanted to come back here because of the workers. I only came here today because it was the closest one other than the Freeport location. A teller, not going to say any names, said she will deny me service because I don't have deposit slips, yet they gave me no reason why they will deny me any service. Is it that hard to count cash? The Freeport location finishes the job within 5-10 minutes so why can't this one do the same? They are always so rude. Go to the one on Freeport or Greenhaven instead. Customer service is by far BETTER OVER THERE.

I came here just last week and was allowed to walk up and get change. Today I came up and this lady was so rude. I politely asked her if I could just get change for $100 she frowned and said you're going to have to wait in line. I saw two other guys that was at the back of the line go in front of everyone else. I asked her why were they allowed to go ahead of everyone else. She said because they're using the atm. I asked her why, as a merchant, do I need to wait in line for change when you haven't done it before. She got snappy and said sir wait in line and we'll be with you when we can. I was so upset I had to walk away. I could overhear her say to another worker why can't they just wait in line. I tried calling to speak with a manager but the phones aren't being answered. Do not go here if you can avoid it. I'm definitely looking into taking my banking needs elsewhere.

So I went to this location and the guy who welcomes people in was so rude that he brushed me off like i was not worth his time. So I walked to a teller stand and told them about the guy and they did not seemed surprised. The only reason that I gave 1 star is because the lady who helped me was fast & welcoming.

Wonderful establishment. Most employee's were very attentive and understanding. Miss Bella Gonzales was one of the rare disrespectful and least caring. She came over to our line and asked if anyone was taking out cash. 2 people said yes, a hispanic man and a Black women. The black woman had a few more questions and the employee, Ms. Gonzales simply ignored her and escorted the older gentleman outside to the machines. When she came back in I called her over "excuse me" and she ignored me. I said it again and she held her finger up very aggressively and told me to wait a minute. Given, I didn't need her for a thing. The older black woman still had a few questions so I was only trying to help her get the Information she needed. This employee could learn a thing or two about GOOD customer service. Other than this, everyone else was so caring and friendly. Ann and Qunisha(? I didnt get her name fully) were so amazing! I love Wells and I usually never have problems with them.

Wells Fargo is the wost bank to do business at. Business account gets hit with fradulent checks a couple times a year. They take forever to correct it. They charge for things that should come standard with a business account. Each time you go to this branch you get hit with a different story. A few of the tellers are snarky. Slow business line. Leave a wallet behind and it takes 15 min to get back. I do what i can to avoid this branch now. Hoping the company will change banks this year.

I usually never write reviews for banks or certain companies, but the customer service was excellent. Went inside this Wells Fargo to deposit my check, there was a line, but it went by fast since there were a lot of people working. Sophie (the teller) greeted me with a genuine smile when I walked up to the counter, she was very friendly and walked me through the steps since I was depositing and withdrawing a certain amount. While we were waiting for a manager to confirm, we had natural small talk & overall she was the reason why I am giving this place 5 stars. Overall, I am happy with the service at this Wells Fargo. Thank you Sophie!

They are rude and have no idea what they're doing. My boyfriend switched his account on the 1st of October from a student account to a regular account and they promised him it would take 10 days "longest". It is now 25 days in and they have no clue what is happening. They are ABSOLUTELY the worst bank to go to. Thanks for absolutely nothing and basically stealing his money.
