I had an issue with another business that required help from Wells Fargo. They were very kind, helpful, and attentive. They present options clearly and patiently. I can only imagine how tough it must be at times on their customer service reps, but they always seem to have a good disposition and go out of their way to solve whatever problem you have. Very professional.

It's a bank. They have a lot of ATMs here on the West Coast. Rates are decent, but not great. Service is acceptable.

I applied for a position at Wells Fargo a little while ago and wanted to give some feed back to the recruiter who shall remain nameless. When we originally interviewed you told me I should expect to hear back from you in less than a week. Later that week I received an automatic email stating that it wasn't the right fit and I was not chosen. Fair enough. So I get a voicemail from the recruiter a few days after the email stating they would like to speak with me. That got me a little excited since I had already received a denial email and why would they call me up more than a week after the original interview to tell me what the email told me earlier? Well it turns out the recruiter either was unaware of the email and the fact that more than a week had passed since the interview or they had a sadistic streak and just wanted to rub salt on the wound. With so many people applying I understand using email to send out denials, but why follow it up with a phone call to confirm the denial? Nothing like adding insult to injury. It felt like I'd given my number to someone I was interested in after they politely declined my interest and then they called me up a week later to confirm their lack of interested. It's not the message it's the delivery.
