These people are clowns. From Mark Smith all the way up to WeWork on the 9th floor and back down to the security at the front desk. I brought in my 4 pound Yorkie in my backpack. and they said he couldn't come in. No policy posted. No good explanation. Just no dogs. These guys are clowns!!

I give them zero stars. They are the worst. They don't follow up or manage your investment accounts. I'm sure they got their commission even as my investments went down and accounts with other institutions were doing great. Tried to give them time and it just cost me more money. When I went to the branch to close the account they had no one available to help me. I had to do it by phone. My investment advisor was Gregg Rho.

Giving this company one star is what they deserve. After being bounced around from advisor to advisor over the last couple years, Im taking my business elsewhere. Beware opening any accounts with Wells Fargo. These employees are not trained and do not follow up. In fact this companies lack of competence has cost me money and time and that is why Im going elsewhere.
