The worst office I never had good experience with Western Dental . Despite my kids were seen by this office few times before but on the last appointment which we were waiting for almost 4 months they refused to see my kids , they said my kids are assigned to a different office by the insurance, I called the insurance company and they denied the change.
I changed my kids to a different dentist office and I don’t recommend anyone to this place . Waste of time no service at all

Probably the worst branch that exsist, instead of doing their job of depositing the correct amount on my check and giving me the amount they were supposed to. The manager herself, deposited the whole amount causing my account to have insufficient funds. Now for the past 4 days been playing phone tag with Wells Fargo. And have to waste time and go to the branch to where I will get no results.Speaking to customer service at the 800 number the truth came out that the branch manager screwed up.

11 am and they are closed door. They don’t let me in because staff wasn’t enough. My goodness- 2022 year and big bank can’t give me Cashier check. I should change bank to normal ((11 pm and have no Taylor on work place

They keep changing their hours. This bank has changed their hours 3 times in 2 years. Just be consistent. Even apple and Google maps thinks they are open when they are not. It needs to be updated!!!

It's well lit at night when I'm usually there using the ATM. No negative incidences. It is a more populated location so I tend to keep my eyes open. Have seen sheriff's working in immediate area but would rather have them nearby if needed.
