Violet (shift lead) was unfriendly and showed poor customer service skills. Didn't listen to my concern and definitely didn't show care. She would benefit from additional training and perhaps being removed from customer facing roles.

This pharmacy is the worst, I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest pharmacy to my house. Rudest staff. Slowest staff. Why does it take so long to fill a prescription?! And why does the drive through line take so long? I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Oh I know why, because I’ve pulled up to the window several times and can see a few of them huddled together looking at something on one of their cell phones. They ignore you. So then you hit the call button and none of them budge, someone else picks up the phone and tells you it will be a minute until they can get to you. What in the world?! You’d think with so many bad reviews on here saying the same things over and over about the pharmacy staff’s slowness and rudeness and unprofessionalism that upper management would address these issues. But I’ve been coming here, unfortunately, for almost 3 years and no improvements. Thankfully we are moving soon.

terrible service from violet . she keeps staring at me and my friends while we're just sniffing candles . she also tries to snatch stuff from our hands and puts it back then continues to stare at us. there were people fighting in the store and she just stopped us from sniffing some candles.

I went to this Walgreens on my lunch break, they let this elderly couple in with a dog. while waiting in line to buy my Gatorade the elderly couples dog started peeing all over the end caps and not one employee noticed not even the one checking them out. then while taking forever to check out another employee came to open up a second register and instead telling the next person in line they grabbed the last person in line to help them. OBLIVIOUS STAFF, NO STANDARDS. AND JUST A GROSS ESTABLISHMEN.

Severely understaffed, no one ever available in the photo department. Waited 10 min on hold just to be told they would call me back and then never called back. Photos weren’t done at the time they said they would be. They printed them when I got to the store after waiting for someone to show up to the counter for 15 min.

Printed my photos with marks on them and then treated me rudely when I asked if they could make it right. The clerk wouldn't even let me talk without interrupting me.Wow. I guess it's my fault for being a customer.

Terrible service from Dani and Violet. I paid a deposit online for three photo prints, but they printed poorly (we all agreed). They refused to do anything but refund my money, but they wouldn't (or couldn't) refund my deposit. I had to call the 800 #. I called the 800 # and they said the store has to refund the money. 2 hours, $150 and no resolution. I called the sites back and Violet was super rude again. No idea

What a passive-aggressive, condescending group of incompetent plebians currently working in that Pharmacy. Go to Rite-Aid on E Commerce, Target/CVS on North Freeway, or Raley's on Truxel. The current ensemble get a kick out of you becoming indignant, just to tuck in their tails when you call them out on projecting how much they hate their lives in to you obtaining what's potentially saving yours.

New to Natomas and had to switch Walgreen pharmacies. The Natomas location has a drive thru (yayyy), pharmacists and pharmacy techs are really nice each time we need to pick up a RX. There was an issue with one of my RX and Walgreens was right on it, I didn't even have to ask. I also found the staff to be slightly jovial, which is essentially unheard of, from pharmacists and staff. We are pleased with our new Walgreens pharmacy!

I'd give a zero if I could. Worst place ever to use as your pharmacy. Any time I call and speak to someone (a woman with accent) I get the rudest attitude and she is so short, she makes it so apparent she has no intention to offer any type of customer care. Therefore, I never get the help I need, she won't take the time. They never have prescriptions ready at a reasonable waiting time. The only reason i transferred to them was because they have a drive thur and sometimes it is not open during open hours. I've been told a prescription is ready, only to get there and told I need to come back in a couple of hours. Now they close for lunch, a huge line of cars waiting, because they are not open as they say they are. They are late clocking in.
