Costumer service is very bad- they made a handicap man wait for more than an hour to recieve his medications. When he spoke up, the employees lied to him about only having to wait 5 more minutes. 5 minutes passed and they tell him they never told him the wait was 5 more minutes.
Went to pick up a medication for my grandma and they tell us that they "lost our medication". Had to wait 20+ minutes.

Extremely slow, unfriendly service at pharmacy and impossible to get through by phone. Currently on hold for 20 minute and it still says more than 3 callers ahead of me.
I once sent my iphone back to apple through fedex service at this location and the phone was missing when the package got there. I was charged $800.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 SATURDAY APRIL 27TH AT 7:10 AM THE STORE WAS CLOSED SIGN STATES STORE HOURS 7AM-9PM.AT 8:30AM STORE MGR ARRIVE LET HER SELF IN AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND DIDN'T OPEN UP THE STORE TILL 9AM THERE WERE ABOUT 15 PEOPLE WAITING FOR STORE TO OPEN!!I ASK HER WHY STORE WASN'T OPEN AT 7 AM SHE REPLIED VERY ANGRY THE OTHER MGR WAS LATE.NO APOLOGIZE NO GOOD MORNING JUST A VERY ANGRY ATTITUDE AND FACE!! MYSELF AND OTHER SHOPPERS LEFT,I ENCOURAGE THEM TO CALL CORPORATE!!!

Horrible experience with the photo department. I ordered for a photo book of my wedding pictures to me made. The app informed me it would be ready the next day. When I picked it up at the time it said it would be ready, they were in the process of still printing it out but their printing machine was having problems. I was told they would email me when it was ready, so I left. 3 days passed and I got no email, so I called them to inquire on the status. The person who answered said they have no record of my order. I was fine when my order was delayed due to technical issues, but for my order 3 days later to just vanish into thin air I felt was unacceptable.

One of the worst places to get medication. Took them 4 days to get my thyroid medication transferred then when I go to pick it up at 5pm I stood in line for 25 minutes then was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes for them to get my prescription ready!! Horrible Horrible Horrible service!

I would give no starts if I could. This is mainly for the pharmacy inside the Stockton Blvd. store. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been in! The majority of the staff is rude. The prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. The pharmacist reviews each prescription before you can pick it up(one that is already done and bagged). If the pharmacist is on break you cannot pick up a prescription that is ready to go no matter what class of drug it is. I have been told I had to wait 15 minutes for the pharmacist to return from break and then waited 20 minutes and was never informed that the pharmacist was back then I was made to get in line again. Today there was 1 pharmacy tech to take care of the inside pick ups AND the drive thru! And 1 pharmacist filling prescriptions. My insurance mandates that I go to Walgreens but I am going to switch to a different location even if I have to drive a longer distance to get there. Stay away from this store! The outside is always filthy with garbage and panhandlers. And occasionally the entire store is closed because they have no staff. They need to look at their manager as I would think that that's where the problem begins!

This review is mainly for the pharmacy at Walgreens on Stockton Blvd. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used! They are rude and indifferent. They are slow and don't care if they take care of the customers or not. I have been in there when there were no other customers and they all just continue to talk amongst themselves and completely ignore the customers. Then act like you are annoying them. I hate this place and will change when I get the opportunity. Stay away if you have a choice. The outside of the store is filthy. Garbage everywhere. Yuk!

They were having their usual sale on vitamins and supplements. A lot of the items were buy one get one free. However a lot of the stock was down to one item of course it was the ones that I needed so I couldn't buy one get one free so I had to abandon my trip to the store I wasted 2 hours for nothing

On November 8, 2023, I went to take photographs for my passport and they were not taken well. I specified that it was for my passport and the lady told me that she knew perfectly well how to take them and the passport office rejected them because the photographs should not be taken. with glasses and I had a lot of problems with this detail

I will never go to this Walgreens again. Waited 5 minutes at pharmacy line while tech helped customer. He clearly saw me behind her. Pharmacist even saw me and she walked off!Tech grabbed bags and began to fill bins ignoring me. I asked for help. First he called me "sir". I'm a she. I asked nicely for help. Stating I am not a he. He got nasty and said aggressively said he would be with me in a minute. Don't customers come first?No store manage there. I will call to complain, but Walgreens customer service has gotten very bad!

Worst curbside order place to go to? They should be shut down because the lady cashier was just sitting there.. My mom can't walked that good right now .. So she ordered online curbsite at Walgreens...Went to pick up her order. And the cashier was just sitting there.. So my mom had to walk in. It was really hard for her.. she struggle.
