The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I have never, not once, had a smooth experience with prescriptions here. The automated system calls and says it’s ready, then when I get there it’s not. They have problems filling a prescription but instead of calling me they just wait until I show up to tell me that, and then I have to either wait another hour or come back again. I finally switched to Belair Pharmacy and have had such a great experience with them. Unfortunately I’ve had to recently use Walgreens for a family member and remembered why I left in the first place! God forbid you actually need your medication—you might be waiting 2 days and making several trips to get it!

My experience was quick and fast. No problems. Plus, it’s a drive thru so incredibly convenient.

Totally rude always, like always. Poor management and leadership. You always have to wait and the staff are never helpful. Drive thru and/or in-store same experience. So sad that sick people have to interface with these unkind people. They simply do not care.. no sense of customer service. You wait in the drive-through for 10 minutes to find out that your prescription that was supposed to be ready the evening before it was never even started. There is not any documentation of the phone call that occurred so now the patient/customer is waiting again to fill a prescription.

I'd give a zero if I could. Worst place ever to use as your pharmacy. Any time I call and speak to someone (a woman with accent) I get the rudest attitude and she is so short, she makes it so apparent she has no intention to offer any type of customer care. Therefore, I never get the help I need, she won't take the time. They never have prescriptions ready at a reasonable waiting time. The only reason i transferred to them was because they have a drive thur and sometimes it is not open during open hours. I've been told a prescription is ready, only to get there and told I need to come back in a couple of hours. Now they close for lunch, a huge line of cars waiting, because they are not open as they say they are. They are late clocking in.

The pharmacy here ALWAYS has some sort of issue. Scheduled Covid shot at Walgreens today at 10:30. They sent me no less than 4 texts and 2 phone calls in the last 2 days to make sure I'd make my appointment. I'm here and still waiting.

The pharmacy staff at this location is terrible. They had me wait 5 minutes before someone said they would be helping me soon and then made me wait another 5. I went in the drive thru because I have pink eye. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy service. The person assisting me (Nassab) made me turn off my Sentra for the noise, NEVER have had someone do that before. Jacqueline finally came and saved the day, she's my usual tech and she gets 5 stars for just her.

Pharmacy people very rude and they really need to management to show them basic stuff because they don’t have any idea what are they doing and how to do that. Just wast 4 hours in there for medicine recommended by my doctor at 2pm. After 4 hours they told me they don’t have it so frustrated by employee’s even i called them for confirmation. After today I will discontinue my all prescription medication by this experience.

Walgreens on del paso has been such a convenient location even tho the drive thru usually required a 10+ min wait. staff were friendly and remembered to verify address for pick up at drive thru. however, since last year this pharmacy has gone increasingly downhill. seems to have frequent staff turn over. No long lines at drive thru, but service is very unreliable and SLOW. It took a long time to dispense ready prescriptions due to slow or no staff, then problems with equipment so one of two drugs couldn't be processed even tho ready to dispense, then equipment problem went away and I was given my rx and able to flee. so disappointing

The pharmacist here is incredibly rude. Someone who works with people on a regular basis should probably either a) have better people skills without an attitude or b) work in another industry that you won’t have to work with people. Sad sad sadI’m

I recently had a horrible experience with this Walgreens breaching my HIPPA rights and even when notifying the manager of their mistake they cont to be unprofessional and unapologetic. I have written my complaint to the OCR as I fear this will happen with many others since the pharmacist nor the management team took this seriously. So be careful! I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy again ... I'm still in disbelief!

If I did not have to use this pharmacy I would not. I literally hate when I must go here or deal with them. I called the pharmacy to ask about getting a medicine filled. When I spoke to the person, she said they had to order it and to come the next day after 3pm. Instead of going there I called to ask if it was ready only to be told that because I picked up the medicine yesterday it was too soon to refill it! I never picked up the medicine because I was told they had to order it, so to make a long story short she called my insurance and discovered the reason it was showing as too soon to fill is because when they "ordered" it they put it in the computer as if I had picked up the medicine, so I was told they would need to call their support desk which was at that time closed to have them reverse it out so they could order and I could come pick it up. I just received a text message saying 1 Rx was ready, 1 was too soon to refill and 1 required no action on my part. So that means they still have not resolved the issue they caused, thus I still don't have the medicine. The other medicine that I need not take any action for is a lower dose of a medicine I picked up 3 weeks ago. I saw my provider yesterday and told him I thought the 75mg was too strong as it made me feel odd, so he suggested we go down to the 50mg. Well, the Pharmacist on duty decided "she did not feel comfortable with that, because the medicine in question is a controlled substance" Now mind you the 75mg dosage is being discontinued and it's going down to a lower dosage so why would she not feel comfortable when I told her why the dosage had been changed? I will tell you why because I am African American, and she was subtly accusing me of being a drug seeker. Never mind the last time I got this medication was over 3 years ago and looking through my profile she could see the number of times I've been prescribed any medication for pain. Again, I literally hate to deal with these people, when you call to ask a question or challenge them on anything they are rude and just plain nasty. When you are trying to speak, they interrupt you off and will often talk over what you are trying to say. If there were any other choice for me to pick up my medications from any other place I would. These people are the absolute WORST!!!!!!! If you don't have to use them, I highly recommend you don't. Take your business elsewhere. My insurance has a contractual agreement with these idiots, so I am pretty much stuck! Next stop to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau, I've already called the corporate office and left a complaint. My insurance will also be notified maybe if they get enough complaints they will do something about them, although that's doubtful because it would not benefit them to do so moneterily speaking. I think I will write to Call Kurtis our local CBS affiliate who helps consumers with issues, if for no other reason that to bring awareness of how they treat thier customers, and as a last resort I am going to look into using Mark Cuban's CostPlus drug company to save myself some money and have less headaches.

Understaffed. Slow as molasses in January. Will answer phone call before helping live people.

Store is clean and pretty well stocked but customer service needs some serious help. Is it that hard to smile and great people you're checking out?

The pharmacy staff were very grumpy and rude. I will not be back. They acted like it was an inconvenience that they had customers.

Worst pharmacy to go to. Lines are always long. They seem to always be "short-staffed". Every time I go in, I don't even want to "consult" with the pharmacist because I feel bad for the other customers who's been waiting forever as well. One time, they made me wait several days for my insulin (which is extremely important) because they were "out of stock". I was fed up so I went in to request for a different Walgreens Pharmacy since I desperately needed my meds. Drove to Woodland and took less than 30 minutes for the fill and lines were a lot faster there. This was not my first time here and will probably be my last.
