This Walgreens has gone downhill! Very rude cashiers all of them specially the one with all the piercings on her face! She gives bad customer service. What happened to the old cashiers friendly and helpful. Walgreens train your employees or this store is going to go down. I could give you a zero star if I could for the rude cashier with all the piercings in her face! She needs to be trained how to be nice!

It never fails that I have an issue filling rx at this pharmacy. I will get a message saying the process is initiated followed up an hour later that there was an issue and I have to call. When I call I'm told "oh that was a mistake, let me send it through". Such a hassle.Now, I have been attempting to pick up meds for my sick kid since Thurs, today is Saturday. The pharmacy has been closed this whole time. I go into the store to inquire and the sales rep with a face full of piercings was incredibly rude and told me "life happens" and shrugs. Apparently the pharmacist won't be back until Monday, and that's no guarantee. There have been no efforts to call in a back up pharmacist, so if you need your meds you better go somewhere else!

Made an appt, and pharmacist was ready & pleasant. This is a much better location than the West Roseville one, so far.

I went to Walgreens in Antelope on Watt and Walerga for a flu and Covid vaccine. My appointment was for 11 AM. I had to wait until 11:35 AM. I needed to use the restroom. I was told "There is "no public restroom" . The manager was snarky when I asked to use bathroom, as I had urgency from bladder surgery. He would not let me use it. They must have reduced staff. Others were not happy either.

This is a convenient store with lots of easy free parking. They have everything you'd expect from a Walgreens store, and a full service photo processing department which was a pleasant surprise nowadays, since my last experience at a competitor's store where I tried to get one of those old school disposable camera packs developed I had forgotten about in an old Travel case I had archived in storage. The poor young clerk had that bewildered "deer in the headlights" stare, as that ancient tech was his history lesson for that visit! This store did not have such an issue I am glad to say! Only problem I had was that my cash income has not yet gotten out of the starting gate, and is multiple laps behind inflation, so I couldn't purchase everything I would have liked, so maybe the next job I get, I can make it back over there.

This review has nothing to do with Walgreens this has to do with the situation that happened I don't know how many years ago but it was a very scary situation I ran late to my boss and I was stranded at that Walgreens with a disability and the person who answered the phone was very discriminatory I needed help I was stranded at that Walgreens it was very dangerous that night with me being a single mother and with nobody I literally my life was at risk walking that at night and they could not help me to get home I was stranded I needed help and this is the police department that did this

If you are considering this place to be your home pharmacy: look elsewhere.I have been coming here since I was a kid as it was close to my parents home, and I never switched as an adult.The past year the customer service has gone downhill. The pharmacy staff is RUDE. Today, 3/30/2023 I found I had an ear infection and had a script sent over. I called the pharmacy at 5:30pm to see if I would be able to pick it up today because my ear is throbbing and the portal said "delayed". The tech said they had to get new directions from the provider but she'd have it done in an hour. I was going to ask what time they closed but she HUNG UP?I drive over at 6:30 and ask for my prescription, I'm told there's an issue and they're waiting for the provider to re-fax it. I told them they said they already said they had the new one on the phone call earlier? The girl said "we don't have your medicine we'll send you a text when it's done" no apologies, no time frame, no kindness. I left in tears with a throbbing ear.This is just the worst of the instances this past year. They are horrible over there now and honestly frightening how they treat people just trying to get their medicine to get better. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint and will be switching pharmacies once I (finally) get my medicine and feel better.Shame on anyone working in healthcare to treat people like this.

I went to this branch of Walgreens particularly because their webpage said that it was available in store and able to be ordered by tomorrow morning at 8:30. I went to ask for assistance by pressing the button at the shaving items aisle after looking for the item and reading every single label there. A man came and asked me "What do you want?" and I showed him the screen of my phone with the photo of the item I needed. Immediately he said, "we don't have it at all" and so I asked, "If I were to order it online to be picked up tomorrow morning, would it just be canceled then? Should I just not order it anymore?" and he said, "No, we dont have it at all." He did not check the back or your system he just looked at two spots. Right behind us I asked if he can unlock the skew for the lash glue and I changed my mind after seeing another one that seemed better. When I asked if I can get that one instead, he cursed in Tagalog. He said it in front of me. I am Filipino and I speak Tagalog but he probably didn't think I was FIlipino. I felt very offended and threatened by him so when he asked "Is that all you want?", I said yes and headed to the cashier. On my way to the cashier I heard the man yell yet another Filipino curse word, that translates as "pest". I went to pay, the cashier's name was Maiyah, and she was a very friendly girl. I asked what the man's name was after describing his appearance and told her what just happened. She apologized and said that was his 3rd customer complaint today. I said I didnt feel safe and he must be having some issues. It was too late to talk to a manager and I didnt want to be in the store for any longer so I wrote this review instead. The Associates name is "Jose".

I made appoinment for flu shot. They have a sign as free flu shot in front of enterance door, but wen I went to get it, they said I have to pay 66$ for that.

I think the pharmacy needs to step it up. Not be so slow or delaying things to much. Need more workers.
