Used to be a regular customer until today I was Told I have to pay .50 cents for a bag in which to carry the items I just purchased!!!!!!!! Is that what we have come to? It is not the .50 it's the fact that I have to pay for a bag where I am a regular customer!!!!!!!!! Or pay .50 to pay with my debit card!!!!! Sorry I refuse, I have faith there are stores that will respect and appreciate my business.

It’s damn expensive @$48 Flat Isopure, but then again what isn’t? Vitamin shop was always my go to (not this one in particular but I’ll be coming back). I am purchasing ready made protein like isopure to my platform stay tuned!

Bottle was not sealed. And about 20$ expensive than Amazon, not to mention they had discount. Definitely not going again.

Customer service is great. It's nice to be able to ask questions about what you are looking for and getting direct answers. Most other places in my experience have been judgemental or try to pressure you into unnecessary purchases. Highly recommend.

Normally I’d say this place is great, however, my latest experience definitely changed my opinion for the worse. I came in to buy one of their detox drinks that said “100% Guaranteed” on the bottle. The employee at the desk even said I could bring it back if it doesn’t work or I don’t like the flavor and that I could try it first. Well, if you know anything about detox drinks you’d know you have to drink the entire thing for it to be effective or work. I paid $80 plus tax for 1 drink, only for it to miserably fail and not work. I bought 3 and took back the other 2. Upon trying to return it, I was then told because there was nothing left and that because all of it was gone they could not give me any money back for it, after just telling me hours before I had the buying security to return if it didn’t work. I paid $80 for a product that did absolutely nothing and didn’t work, and was given incorrect information as well as lied to. Don’t waste your money. I’m out $80.
