They contract out the mechanical work, they're not a full shop but will accept your car, they over charged me for a job and also gave me back my car partially disassembled and replaced working parts that weren't in need of replacement. TLDR vandalism

My car and a concrete garage column had a "kiss!" VIP Collision was recommended by the person who "Detailed" my car. The "kiss" was removed from my car (concrete garage column, of course, remains intact!) and that part of my car looks untouched due to Dennis and his employee's expertise. In addition, Dennis extended his services to accommodate an overlapping car appointment I had scheduled weeks before. He arranged to have my car taken to that nearby shop for me to have new tires installed Then he arranged to retrieve my car and returned to VIP so I could pick pick up my finished car. Also, I was driven back and forth to the rental agency twice. I confidently state that interacting with VIP and Dennis was very impressive; albeit sure hope will not need their services any time too soon!

Dennis is a very honest person. He does very good work on auto body and paint I would recommend him to anyone. Very straightforward guy and he take pride in his work.

I went in today right before they closed to get advice on my totaled car & whether to buy it back salvaged & fix it. Dennis enthusiastically talked to me for 20 minutes instead of shoving me out the door. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me do the smartest thing. I will definitely take my car to him if I salvage it. He seems like a trustworthy guy.

I have had to take my car here twice, once to change my thermostat, and the second time to fix some AC issues my car was having. Both times, my car was serviced within a reasonable amount of time and the cost to fix my car's issues has always been very reasonable. Everyone who works here is very kind! I am grateful to have found a place that gets the job done in a timely manner, and reasonably priced at that! I would recommend anyone who is having car issues to come here to get serviced.

Dennis is awesome. My car had substantial damage. Dennis goes above and beyond paying attention to every detail. He really cares about his customers safety and concerns. My car looks and drives like new. He worked with my insurance making the whole process smooth. If your in need of a collision specialists Dennis is the man and he's a great guy.

Dennis did a fabulous job with my girlfriends repaired. He made sure everything was done in a timely manner and went out of his way to repair certain things our insurance didn't want to cover. Call it the VIP Treatment. If you ever need a repair I suggest you give this place a shot you won't be disappointed.

Dennis is extremely professional and friendly! He does a great job! I had problems with my insurance company after an auto collision, but he aggressively worked with the company and I to get my car to me ASAP. My car looks brand new and I'm extremely satisfied with the work he has done. I would strongly recommend all of my family and friends to VIP Collision Center.
