I have been doing my taxes with Elaine for a few years now and won't go to anybody else. She is so professional and provides excellent and timely customer service. She is fair in her pricing. Tax time no longer gives me anxiety because I have Elaine to make sure my return gets filed accurately!

I was advised by this company on Facebook. The staff were very polite and seemed to us professionals in their field. We applied for taxes and the opening of the company. When we were in the office, we were told that everything was fine, we were not worried about anything. We left with positive emotions. But a month later, we started having problems with the IRS, because the tax was not properly calculated. With the opening of the company, we had to finish everything ourselves. All calls and emails were answered to us - wait for all the documents to come or call them and find out for yourself. I think that if you provide services to your customers, you must get things done without mistakes. Unfortunately, our experience with this company was negative.

I have gone to Elaine for over 20 years, wouldn't leave for no one else. Proffessional smart and knows her stuff. If she doesn't know something she will make sure she finds out. Her clients never leave once they go to her. Thanks Elaine

I've been to several tax service "professionals" but by far Diez Tax service has been the best experience my husband and I both have experienced, thanks to my dad who recommended Frank I will definitely return to the Diez Tax service for future tax return filing. Very knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service, he sure didn't make it seem rushed like we have gotten at previous places. The place is very welcoming, kid friendly, and hands down best tax service is the Sacramento area. Highly recommend!!

Professional, courteous, and thorough. They left no stone unturned to get me the most refund I qualified for, including deductions I didn't know I qualified for. You won't get this kind of service at HR Block or Jackson Hewitt and you won't pay the high price of a CPA. My preparation was made very convenient down to emailing my W-2 to begin the process and scheduling around my busy work day. I answered questions and provided documents by text and email and showed up to sign when it was convenient for me. I'll never go back to a big box tax preparer again, to wait in line, and get mediocre service.

My husband opened a trucking business but needed advice on how to grow our business. Several people advised us that Yaroslav is very knowledgeable in the trucking business and would be the best person to speak with. Their office staff was very inviting and made us feel welcomed. We came in for a consultation with Yaroslav with many questions. He was very patient, answered our questions and gave a great advices. The people and the service were great and deserve a 5-star review!

GREAT SERVICE/BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If you DON'T want to get cheated with ridiculously high fees, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Diez Tax Service. They are friendly & professional, as well as providing the best price in town. I've been to several tax service professionals, but Diez Tax Service is by far the best service I've ever received. Carisa and her husband Frank are so nice. Carisa Diez did my taxes this year and she was patient and professional. She walked me through the process. She educated me on what receipts to save in the future, so I am doing my taxes correctly. She was fast, but made the time to answer all my questions. Carisa empathizes with working class citizens to ensure they are treated fairly and honestly, as well as ensuring her customers get the best refund possible. This is a family run business that care about their customers. I will definitely come back next year, and recommend Diez Tax Service to all my family, friends and co-workers.

By far the best tax service place I have been to...Carisa and her husband Frank are so nice and help you receive the most out of your refund possible. In the office they offer you drinks...(coffee, water) and have toys for the kiddos and a foosball table to play while waiting for your appointment. May I also add that they have the best prices around, Overall this place is great! Carisa-Franks wife usually does my taxes and she is amazing! I'm going to continue going here and I suggest you guys do to.
