Employees did not even welcome or pay attention to us when we arrived. They did not have any good offers. They talk about how great the service is, but Xfinity has way more to offer. Parking is good. The gal that ended up helping us was nice, but her service could have been a lot more helpful. It was like she didn't even care. She was just there for the paycheck.

For the 4 employees "working" it was a dead day only 2 other customers in store with one already being helped, it took way too long to be seen while they talked and cracked jokes. Had a more productive conversation with a phone rep and the AI customer service than going into the store. Plus they had $75 back from online promotion through Rakuten...

My jetpack stopped charging, so I went in to see if they could fix it or help me get a new one. The associate insisted on sending me home with a home internet setup (even though I’m currently in CA but my home address is in FL) . He assured me it would work no matter where I was. When I went home to set it up, I couldn’t connect any devices. I called support and found out that this home internet will only work at my FL home address. I travel for work and told this to the associate but he still insisted this was best. The home internet does not work anywhere. Phone support told me to get a new jetpack and return the home internet. The store associate said my jetpack was out of warranty and wouldn’t be covered. Phone support said otherwise and is sending me a new one free of charge. This store lied about coverage, charges, and which devices would fit my needs. Now I’m stuck with this home router and have to return it with a mailed shipping label or be charged full price for it. Phone support was actually much better than the store

We had a problem with an older Moto phone. The person at Auburn Blvd was able to fix it right away. Excellent support.Results were way more positive and satisfying than that other person at Verizon location on Foothill Blvd Roseville.

Tried to sell me another plan. I got so confused that I finally left and went to Best Buy. I purchased a product there. The attendant was very nice, but I think was somewhat new.

Verizon staff say one thing about Verizon but the actual people that do the connecting and do all the tra friend don't know what they're doing and I'm really glad. I left verizon and i'm with them for ten years and I switched to t mobile and it had no problems whatsoever
