Extremely disappointed with service. Very misleading and does not disclose all information upfront. Promises made in transferring all data from old phone to new phone, complete fail! Victra makes promises that conflict with Verizon Customer Service. They inflat prices on accessories, verbally state a price, then at checkout much higher. Store manager is rude, too. They are nice until you disagree with their service!

store attitudee from personell is poor,, i was in the store a week ago and asked for a FLIP PHONE I WAS TOLD verizon only has ONE OPTION of a phone (not true) and that they only had ONE OPTION IN THE STORE, and that i was only to have this ORBIC phone or none at all.... that phone is such poor quality selling by online and corporate store for 89 dollars andn they sold it to me for 130. dollars, i went to a corporate store in town leaning that the retail price is 89 and that any store can sell at whatever price they want (i called verizon head quarters learning that the corporate headquarters is not the 130 dollar price) so it also cost me a ''set up'' fee from this store... having the phone ONE WEEK, i returned it today froday to the watt store (javari) had to make a big deal in his ''dialogue'' that he was very polite (when he interrupted me and my wife repeatedly andn even talking louder and over us while we explained HIS STORE POLICY, so we left with having to pay additional fee to return the phone (costing us 75 dollars out ofo pocket to have their phone (rental) for one week.. the arden corporate store ''set up'' my better phone THAT I DID not buy from them) for nothing... no cost, so 75.00 later with nothing to show for it but a bad experience, rude people, and sad that my wife had to endure javari's badgering (he doesn't know what POLITE IS) i'll definitely NEVER attend that store again and only deal with the arden corporate store.... i sent a letter to the home office about my experience, 75.00 and my ''javari service'' and so potential customers / ?? be aware they oiver charge and thinnk nothing of it, - chuck

Not an actual Verizon store, overcharges for phones, then posted online prices. Rude to seniors and will sign you up for things without your consent and charge you to cancel them.

I had the best customer service from Juliana, she was professional, kind and went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of and understood my plan. She and the other representative, Kayla was helpful as well. I will definitely choose this store for all my Verizon needs and purchases!!

Came in to pick up a phone where the deal/price/line was agreed with Verizon corporate. Brought my trade-in phone a few weeks later, and turns out they didn't activate the trade-in deal or even let corporate Verizon know I had got a new phone to adjust credits/payments accordingly. When I came to return my phone, the manager said he was new, and so we needed to negotiate a new deal for the phone/line I had agreed to weeks ago. At a cost of hundreds of dollars more. Verizon customer service was able to fix it. But also said the store did not process as they should have, and spending hours on the phone would not have been necessary if they had done what they were supposed to. Totally shady. While I was there, they also had the email addresses and passwords of customers on post it notes in full view of anyone standing at the counter. Highly recommend changing your password if you've trusted them with your information lately!

Javari is the worst sales representative! He will try to upsale you in $150-$200 in accessories and try to make it seem like it's mandatory. He also assured me my phone bill would be $120 max due to all the promotions and I got my phone bill and it's $311.53. He was also very rude and just not pleasant to work with! I will not be dealing with him and will be reporting him! Very deceptive in the way he conducts his business!

Teo's customer service was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and extremely kind. He went above and beyond in assisting me with a new purchase that would be exactly right for my needs, and setting up my new phone assuring everything transfered properly.

Lindsay is that girl!!!! Not only did she bend over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase but she’s extremely funny. Verizon please hire more Lindsay’s!
