Service was great , they had my phone for two days and a younger employee got in my face and continued to be loud and argued with me ,, extremely unprofessional and rude , me or my family or my company will now go back their again!!!!!!!!

Walked in and right at the door was asked to give my phone to the rep to review my plan. Bob didn’t use his own Verizon iPad to help. Instead asked to show him the plan using MY phone at the door! He quickly made changes to my plan using MY phone WITHOUT addressing anything. My expectation was to see the estimate of the bill before consenting to it. If I could do this all at home, then what was the point to come by the store. Updated plan information was not even provided (while standing at the door). We came in a week ago and had the same representative (Rob) help us. We literally walked out of the store because of the lack of knowledge and assistance from the rep.

I walked in behind a woman and a staff who was busy had to ask another staff to help that woman otherwise she would have stood there. When it was my turn, there were 3 staff left and they stood around. They saw me but made no effort to come up. Until that same staff (who was still talking to two other people) asked them to help me. The one staff reluctantly walked up. He greeted me but as I presented my questions. He answered them with an attitude. As though I should have known. Very displeased with your customer service. If I knew the answers, I wouldn't have the need to walk in. Think about it when you help your customers.

I came into this location today at about 2pm to pay my bill and inquire about upgrading my plan, as I walked in the door there were three associates talking and standing around at the front, I told them what services I needed and the told me that I had to use the self serve at the back.. I've never used this machine, I told the associates this, and they said it was simple and continued their conversation, the process was not straight forward, it required authentication that I did not have on hand as I've always signed in with an associate.. I attempted to ask for assistance and was ignored, ended up just leaving, absolute waste of time, terrible customer service and not at all like the rest of Verizon! this is the first time I've had such an issue, it's worth driving to the next nearest!

Been with Verizon for many many years. Purchased new phone and watch. Customer service was professional however, after 3 hours I had to go home and do the transfers of info to phones.I went to my local Verizon store and they do it for Free! Yes that’s right this store charges for a transfer of info phone to phone. I was so disappointed because I had spent hours here and the last thing I wanted to do was that! The money we spend ALREADY should allow for this simple incentive.

Once again, I have been screwed over by Verizon. In a previous post I talked about the difficulties I have been having between never getting the promo I came to Verizon for and my daughter service constantly being shut off even after " setting up auto pay" I now find after another shut off that auto pay can't be set up with debit card I'm being charged a deposit to get my daughter phone line on due to shut offs. I tried to prevent that I was lied to about being on autopay. I was only told about the deposit after I paid yet another shut-off and reinstatement fee, bringing the total to 252.86. That's counting the 25.00 I'm being charged to reconnect or the 20.00 for making a payment by phone. I don't trust you anymore Verizon, T MOBILE! What you want to offer me?

As a business customer, I’m very disappointed in the way Verizon has handled my account. This location is very dishonest, NizandKristina didn’t follow up with me like she said she would. Gave me an inaccurate price so I can switch my carriers over to them. I never received my credit to import my numbers over like she promised, she never corrected the mistake she made and now when I contact her she will just leave me on read.
