I just went there to get help because my phone number had to get changed back and the corporate store in Vacaville didn’t want to help and let me talk to Marcos and then this store had me stuck with this ghetto dude who didn’t have a clue in the world with his big head. Would not recommend this store as they think you are stupid and speak down but in truth it’s the other way around. Calling Verizon support has been more help than the physical stores and they aren’t knowledgeable about other corp locations but their retail stores are. Teach your staff to do better and be better, shoutout to the retail store in Davis,CA.

Folks, if you are in network with Verizon and are having phone issues...do yourselves a favor, avoid this location at all costs! Truly abhorrent behavior displayed from one of their in-store reps today, I believe his name was William. This kid has a serious attitude problem, he was reluctant to help with any of my inquiries, tried routing me to their 1-800 number and sending me out of the store to fix it on my own (DIY style) multiple times instead of actually helping me. He made it as apparent as he possibly could to me (through his words, actions and extremely long/loud sighs) that I was inconveniencing him (While he was on the clock, at work...? LOL.) I finally had to explain that I came in to the store for actual help with my device, if I knew all the answers and hadn't tried it on my own for hours at home, I wouldn't be there in the first place. He got sensitive and frustrated, clearly cannot handle a role in customer service... Someone else finally came over and helped me and sent him on lunch. (He clearly needed some food in his tummy, with the absolute fit he decided to throw) The second individual who helped me was respectful, kind and straight to the point. Got me the phone I needed and answered all my questions with ease. I believe these people work off of commission so my greatest hope is that the person who ACTUALLY helped me and POSITIVELY represented their employer is rewarded for their efforts and expertise shown today. Honestly, if me asking you to do your job provokes that kind of attitude and response, you are too fragile of a being for customer service or to represent this business. I looked at the reviews from recently and it seems there is a pattern of this person leaving a lot to be desired in the customer care department. Shape up, Verizon. These people are driving your customers away. We will be switching networks when my 60 days of new phone usage has ended, I only pay your prices because you still have brick and mortar locations with human reps who can troubleshoot, but after going in to your store and switching my account and being treated like this? Never again! I am DONE and its only day one.

Great experience thanks to Luis. Was expecting a 1-2 hour appointment for a replacement but was in and out in 15 minutes. He answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Would recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a new plan or phone.

Worst customer service and support form Erika “Manager”. Horrible attitude , poor hygiene, while she was talking making noises with their mouth, like picking food from their teeth or like eating something. So disgusting!!!! Cero customer service at all. She was very disrespectful, as she was talking to us, she was talking with 3 other people at the same time. So frustrating !!! Not just from her, from most of them. It was another Manager but don’t remember the name. When I pick up my order he just throw the bag. It’s was a really unpleasant experience. Thanks for nothing.

Service was great , they had my phone for two days and a younger employee got in my face and continued to be loud and argued with me ,, extremely unprofessional and rude , me or my family or my company will now go back their again!!!!!!!!

Walked in and right at the door was asked to give my phone to the rep to review my plan. Bob didn’t use his own Verizon iPad to help. Instead asked to show him the plan using MY phone at the door! He quickly made changes to my plan using MY phone WITHOUT addressing anything. My expectation was to see the estimate of the bill before consenting to it. If I could do this all at home, then what was the point to come by the store. Updated plan information was not even provided (while standing at the door). We came in a week ago and had the same representative (Rob) help us. We literally walked out of the store because of the lack of knowledge and assistance from the rep.

I walked in behind a woman and a staff who was busy had to ask another staff to help that woman otherwise she would have stood there. When it was my turn, there were 3 staff left and they stood around. They saw me but made no effort to come up. Until that same staff (who was still talking to two other people) asked them to help me. The one staff reluctantly walked up. He greeted me but as I presented my questions. He answered them with an attitude. As though I should have known. Very displeased with your customer service. If I knew the answers, I wouldn't have the need to walk in. Think about it when you help your customers.
