The gentleman name Max that helped me was outstanding. I now make the Arden store. My favorite Verizon store to go to and I only want to deal with Max. He’s very informative friendly kind funny just flat out awesome

Needed new phone old phone was being read its last rights, just moved to the area, battery life was at 10% and no longer charging with my cable and my wireless charger when I used Google maps, just came in the storeWaited my turn, explained my situation and he got me everything I needed, didn't try to take advantage of my situation and kept it ?In and out in about an 30ish minutes.I don't even own an alarm clock, how not having a working phone can do you in so muchNot a social media person. Just work and communication with co workers, sales, job sites...

I spoke with the manager of this location yesterday about a rude employee. I enjoy Verizon Wireless, there are at least 6 employees who have helped me in this last year as a customer who have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The employee I reported engages in odd competitive behavior with me. He is verbally suggestive, aggressive, and abusive whenever he helps me as customer. He becomes irritated and judgmental with me because I am African American, and makes small tasks insulting. The other sales associates make him seem ridiculous in comparison, he doesn't seem to have any idea what the difference is between his abusive treatment and the professionalism of his fellow sales associates. He looks like he is half black and half white which makes the situation that much more confusing and sad. The Verizon manager assured me he would formally report my complaint about the employees behavior to the regional director.

I received extremely good service with my visit today to upgrade and switch from android to apple cell. The rep was incredible helping me and answering all my question along with taking care of other people that came in for assorted needs. And he did it as smooth and easy as if it were nothing at all when he had three of us at one time. I’ve never seen a sales/tech rep ever work so component and at ease as this young man.

Told me I only had to pay taxes and it would only cost me 27more a month and 1 I would get a free tablet and watch to go with my Zfold. Not even close to what they offered me as a deal now and got 2 extra lines. They're trying to sell me the watch and the tablet and they've already paid four hundred and forty one dollars out the door with my z fold and have no watch or tablet still.

They don’t even worth a single star just a bunch of lazy people they don’t even know what and why are they there for, and yes if you want to buy something they are professional lyres they would definitely deceive on about the product and services, don’t waste your time and money at this store.

I am always amazed at the service I receive at the store. Britney, Charles and Joesph are phenomenal in what they do! This is the only store I visit because their knowledge and attentiveness is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced anywhere.

I am an educated, articulate and competent person. I was treated very poorly by the salespeople at this location, both in person and over the phone. Backstory: In March of this year I purchased 3 brand new iPhone 13s with screen protectors and cases. I transferred 3 lines over to Verizon from a competitor. A couple of the screen protectors cracked recently, but since the Victra store I purchased them from at Folsom and 65th closed, I decided to go into Arden Mall to this location. I didn't have an invoice for all the product I purchased but figured they could look it up in their system. I told the girl my situation and she said, we don't carry the screen protector for your 13 Pro Max go to the corporate Verizon store across the street. I go to the corporate store and they said I have to go online to replace the screen protectors. I go online and have no idea what type of screen protector models I have. They said it was Zagg (side note it was PureGear not Zagg which I learned later). I decided to call the 1-800 number for Victra. They can't look up my receipt. I decide to call the Arden Mall location even though I had been there in person already. The person who answered (Brittany) treated me like a second class citizen and made it seem like what I was asking for was unreasonable and she really didn't want to help me find a solution. She was speaking to other customers while we were on the phone, which was confusing because I didn't know if she was speaking to me or them. She put me on hold several times and didn't tell me she was putting me on hold but I could see our call was still connected. I found that very rude. I also found it very rude that she was speaking with the manager, Charles, referring to me as "she." Refer to me by my name. I asked to speak to the manager, but Brittany said he's busy with other customers. She sounded new and had lots of questions for the manager, which is fine, just don't treat customers like they are idiots. I wasted about an hour on the phone between the corporate Victra person (who tried to help) and then Brittany. I told her to have her manager call me when they weren't busy and email me a copy of my invoice so I could see the brand of screen protector I bought, which they did later when they looked it up in their system. By the time they emailed it, I had already found a solution on my own... Instead of waiting to see if Brittany or Charles would even contact me, I decided to take a risk and call another Victra location not far from my house in Midtown. The person I spoke with, JR, was very nice, asked me for my phone number, looked up my history and right away told me what I had bought and what the solution was. He said if I bring the phones in he could replace the screen protectors on the spot, and I would pay a small recycling fee. DO NOT go to this Arden Mall Verizon location. They are small and unprofessional. The location in Midtown is new and all the staff were very kind and professional. Every interaction I had was great and exactly how I would expect to be treated as a Verizon customer with 3 phone lines. JR was on break, and the girl who put the new screen protectors on our phones was smiling and happy and very sweet. I will now be writing a five star review for the Midtown location.
