I was scammed into the "promotional deal" as others have mentioned on August 23, 2023. I went into the store and traded in my old iPhone 11 Pro Max for a new IPhone 14 Pro Max and was told that I would only need to pay $5.55 over 36 months for the new phone. I confirmed over and over with Kayla C that this was correct, even though my receipt listed that I was financing the phone for $1,210 which I did not agree to and would not have agreed to the Pro Max if there was no "deal". She ensured me that the promotional offer and trade in fee would be applied to my account once Verizon received my old phone (which she had me wipe in front of her and hand over). This is fraudulent as my Verizon account is charging me the full $1,210 for the phone which I would have never agreed to if the "promotion" was not being offered, and I would have used another Verizon brick and mortar store to finance a phone at a cheaper model at a cheaper price. I am pursuing small claims court for fraud as I have the receipt where Kayla C hand wrote my payment plan I was told I would be paying.

Never been treated like this at a Verizon location. We felt like the only customers with our own personal concierge to help us with managing our plan and adding a new phone. Thank you so much for a smooth and streamlined experience.

I got scammed at this location. I went in late October to trade my iPhone 12 Pro and buy the new iPhone 15 pro max. Talked to Stephon and he said that my phone's value was $700-I have a hand written note and his card as evidence. I ordered it and had it shipped to the store. I went to pick it up and he said that I needed to bring my old phone back and that the trade in would be processed then. Early November I went and he was out so Javari (the manager at the time) said he'd process it and said he could give me a $245 credit that day and the rest would be applied once Verizon received the phone. He gave me a receipt that only said $245 and I specifically asked proof of the $700 credit and he said it's fine and would be processed the end of the week. Lo and behold, he moved stores and every time I called, the lady (name is close to Kaley) said she needed to contact him for an update at the new store he's at. I called and asked for an update three times over the next month with her. Stephon said the same thing the other time I called and that he'd call me back two weeks ago. No call so I called customer service and they said this store only input the device value as $245 and there is no note about a $700 total value. They looked up the account access log and it shows the store only said the value was $245, which is suspicious since the phone was in perfect condition. I got the trade in handled but DO NOT GO HERE. They are shady and are definitely scamming.

This isn't the closest Verizon to me but I drive out of my way because I know I'll get awesome service here. I pretty much always end up seeing Stephon. He is a friendly guy and this last time I went he spent an hour setting up ACP internet for me. It just would not work. We finally got it to register and now it's my job to set it up. He said to come back if it didn't work. I was using xfinity and having nothing but problems with service, connection, just everything. So coming here was super relieving and worth all the time it took. Here's hoping it works. Appointments or walk ins are welcome. It's never too crowded and if it is just come back another time or make an appointment. There's not many people working here because it is a small store, so whoever is writing one star reviews just for "out to lunch" signs is dumb.

Kayla was wonderful. She is very knowledgable about the plans offered, the phones available, & all the accessories. She answered our questions & was very accommodating with a certain amount of indecision. Kayla is someone Victra should want to keep & promote.

Terrible customer service, not helpful. It was only 1 dude working , he left a hand written out for lunch sign. Then comes back smelling like weed. No wonder why it's empty.

The store employees are not competent. They couldn’t or didn’t want to help with the problem of account blocking. During the consultation, the employee watched entertaining videos. I get the impression that Verizon has terrible service and an app that glitches all the time.

Kayla is professional, hard working, calm, helpful, kind, smart, knowledgeable and an unbelievable at multitasking! Often she works alone and the customers are amazed by her. They wait patiently for her because they know she will give them the best service, knows her stuff and will wait on them as quick as she can. A group of us thought she was the manager. She brings repeat customers back.
