I have had nothing but positive experiences with this location in the many years I have come to them for help, and my recent visit was no exception! I visited on a late afternoon during the week and had no wait at all. Lakea was kind, patient, and went above and beyond in replacing my screen protector and recommending additional products to keep my phone safe from my clumsiness. I feel very fortunate to have such helpful and generous people in Midtown to help with any cell phone needs. Thanks, Lakea and team!

Lakea was amazing—so patient and so competent. She stayed late a half hour after her shift ended to stay on the phone with Verizon’s Customer Service to help me get my account sorted out. Fabulous customer service! So appreciated!

I want to express my outrage and complaint about the work of your office at 1804 19th St Suite 101 Sacramento California 95811 and its sales person Reid Konkel. At the beginning of October 2023, we came to their office to add another line to my account. We were told the amount of $55 for this line monthly when purchasing an iPhone 15 and the trade would be $1000 for an iPhone 14. We were satisfied with this figure and agreed to add another line. However, when we received a new device, this “honest” employee offered us to transfer data from our old device to the new one, without telling us that this service would be paid and would take more than 3 hours. After transferring the data, they gave us a device on which a case and protective glass had already been installed, without our consent, they added several charges and said that it was all included. The girl who bought this device and line is a refugee and she doesn’t know English well, or rather doesn’t know it at all, and didn’t understand why they were charging $355. They didn’t give us a receipt, saying that we would see it in our account or receive it by email, but none of this happened. All we wanted was to get the device and connect another line. We didn’t order any accessories, especially the protective glass already glued to our arrival for $60!!! And we didn’t need the set-up and go service either, we are able to do it ourselves, and if we had been told that this was a paid service, we would have refused it. This is a deception based on language difficulties. If the employees had given us a check, we would definitely have refused their services. Now we will have to solve this problem with the help of a lawyer.

Literally horrible. Jahi made me sit and wait hours and hours AND I had to come back the next day because we didn't finish since I had to pick up my mom. ALL because HE TYPED my email WRONG and I didn't get an apology or anything in return. This isn't a corporate store so half the time they have to redirect costumers. It's a mess in there and Jahi is lazy and doesn't care about his costumers. I can't believe I had to wait 3 hours and come back the next and wait another 2 hours all because of his lame mistake. 0 STARS!

DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A PHONE. Yes, the staff at this location (that is NOT owned by Verizon) are nice, but that's probably because they're using deceptive tactics to sell you accessories that you didn't ask for and were not even informed that you were purchasing. I literally asked if I had to pay for the case the employee so kindly helped me pick out and he said "no, it's included." Then why is it on my invoice with numerous other accessories I never agreed to purchase? He just forgot to mention the the $300 worth of charges?? Overall it's basically a similar story to what Morgan S notes in his review. Didn't know I needed to be worried about getting scammed just trying to get a new phone when I thought I was going to a reputable Verizon dealer. After looking up the company that runs this store, Victra, this is what they do all over the US - using deceptive practices to charge people for things they didn't ask for and then replying how sorry they are "for any inconvenience." Verizon needs to cut ties with this 3rd world scam operation.

Came in to get a galaxy phone but was forced a pixel 7. I expressed my uninterest in the device and even though I qualified for both I was still shown the pixel n I told them that I wasn't interested cause my TV in Samsung, my ear buds n vaccume are Samsung and they work with each other but still he came back with this pixel 7 and tells me "it'll still work just the same but it don't! Now I gotta pay 59 more dollars to exchange after being told I wouldn't have to pay anything to please pay 260 dollars to "well wat do I have? Oh that'll work" plus this phone iis so slippery I hate it. Why would Google make a phone like a wet bar of soap?

The sales representatives were all very kind and patient, and these other reviews will say the same, however the power tripping manager needs to be trained on both kindness and patience. His condescending attitude and quick frustration towards customers is never okay and it spoils Verizon's strong history with excellent customer service. If not for him, this store would have been a strong 5 stars for me. I will probably make the drive to a direct Verizon store instead.
